Asafoetida ½ tsp
Curry Leaves
Small Onions 16 Nos
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic 12 Nos
Kashmiri Chilli Powder ¾ tbs
Red Chilli Powder ¾ tbs
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tbs
Tomatoes 2 Nos
Brinjal 300gms
Tamarind Water - 1 Lemon Size
