  • The steps of the strategic planning process in under 15 minutes. |
One of the best habits I've picked up as a SaaS startup founder is to hold regular strategic off-sites with my leadership team. These help us look at the business from above and to think strategically about where we want to take it and the best ways to drive growth. In this video, I'm going to walk you through the 4 principles you need to know to get the strategic planning process down and to run your own strategic off-sites the right way.

Hey, another awesome video man. I have one question that is related to customer development:
I'm not great speaker in English and we plan to market our product for people in the US. I'm wondering, how I should approach customer development when I'm not really comfortable getting on a call because of the language barrier? Is it still possible do it via personalized e-mail?
    Thanks

You can.... but... what if you pledged to do a 100 customer calls? If you’re dropping your knowledge bombs and spewing value, they’ll get over the language barrier and your English will get 10x better for the next 1,000 deals. What would that mean for you long term?
