    Nice vid! Funny enough I’m staying there at the hotel and will starting tomorrow there at Rafa academy for a week of training… very curious to compare with my traditional lessons I normally follow in Belgium 🙂

      Fitness facilities are super well equipped with high-end Technogym aparature.
      Wellness is just amazing, infrared sauna, jaccuzi with powerful jets…
      Resto food is very good and personel very nice! I sure will come back next year in the same period cause it’s still quite calm in that period

      Wow, that sounds amazing. Thanks for sharing some of the details. How much does a week of training / hotel cost? If you don't feel comfortable discussing no worries!

      Do you think you have tennis elbow from how you hit? Is it a technique problem causing pain? Have you tried rehab exercises or a tennis elbow sleeve?

    • @janfajkus2018
      @janfajkus2018 2 роки тому

      Its a lot of things together. To avoid tennis elbow, you must all the times work out and all the times stretch your arm. Again And again And again. You can change racket, you can change technique, strings lower, but after 18 monts pain I know one: 1. you must heal your arm completely. After then the other things can help. Now I heal my elbow with doctor. But sometimes it takes more time...

      Buy 1/2 a set of gut, string 4 lbs higher on mains and string soft poly, multi or syngut on cross. Your arm is worth the money.

    Thiem racquet specs are unstrung? That would make for W~340g, B~32.5cm, SW~340.

    • @jerome_morrow
      @jerome_morrow 2 роки тому +1

      Yes, pretty much. His racquet specs have been published online in various forums before, so he’s evidently not fussed about them being out there.

    Great job. Hoping to go back to BCN in the fall; may have to day trip over to chk it out.
    Rafa was smarter than Roger; the display of all his shirts. Apparently Roger did not save his vintage Nikes.
    Murray - what a jerk not to give him 1 stick. But not surprising - not s good person. Rich, entitled brat.
