Fitness facilities are super well equipped with high-end Technogym aparature. Wellness is just amazing, infrared sauna, jaccuzi with powerful jets… Resto food is very good and personel very nice! I sure will come back next year in the same period cause it’s still quite calm in that period

Its a lot of things together. To avoid tennis elbow, you must all the times work out and all the times stretch your arm. Again And again And again. You can change racket, you can change technique, strings lower, but after 18 monts pain I know one: 1. you must heal your arm completely. After then the other things can help. Now I heal my elbow with doctor. But sometimes it takes more time...

Buy 1/2 a set of gut, string 4 lbs higher on mains and string soft poly, multi or syngut on cross. Your arm is worth the money.
