I really like the way you ask questions it’s an eye opener to all. Straight to the point- lack of education is not an excuse why we feel into poverty there’s a lot of options out there - perseverance and patience goes hand in hand. Too many things to do before succumbing to marriage and produce more mouths to feed (that’s my opinion).

In my opinion, this is no longer an interview but scolding the couple for being jobless and getting married young, and scolding them for the couple being jobless and no money to put food on the table. I feel that he is asking questions improperly. Caesar asked questions like he is a father scolding them for being poor. He should change his words and the tone of his voice.

Not all foreigners that go to the Philippines are cruel and heartless. I have been to the Philippines a couple of times as a tourist and have met foreigners that get married to Filipinas. They take care of their wives, their children from other Filipino guys, their wives families, and even help out with charities. Not only that, but they do it day after day, month after month, and year after year. All I want to say is that not all of the foreigners are mean, fat, heartless men. However, I do understand that it only take a few bad apples to ruin the opinions of many. I have also seen several foreigners who are worthless scum in the Philippines. I feel sad about that because I find the Philippines a very beautiful country and the people (both male and female) very kind and generous.

MARK - I commend you on your efforts to help these people....BUT on the release form they sign does it say its ok to belittle and humiliate them. This episode really upsets me how Caesar and Althea both badger this family into feeling they are failures and not trying. And to humiliate the husband in front of his wife he not trying....and that be can become a BUM as a result of not trying.....AND how dare Caesar tell the woman she is UNKEPT....OMG what a thing to say. Does not mean you are giving them help so you can insult them, pls save their dignity. Or, round up your team then hold a small workshop regarding strategies to avoid poverty such as family planning, nutrition classes, gardening or self sufficient skills. Evidently, there are no jobs available for them and giving them sacks of rice is just to relieve them from poverty temporarily. However, my donation will not to buy sacks of rice but for what I mentioned above that needs to be implemented. I understand that rice is Filipinos staple food but there are no nutritional values to benefit from. Plus, it is not easy for each families to cultivate this crop. I love your videos Mark, they are very heart-warming to watch but it just not an idealistic way to alleviate poverty at least to my opinion. Again, thanks for all that you and your team do.

Please dont focus to the interviewer but to the families that really needs help...in the first place its a wake up call to those young teens not to go into a relationship..got pregnant and force to marry because the parents cant afford to help.
I think it's okay to commit into a romantic relationship. What's not okay is bearing a child at a very young age. The country needs sex Education honestly.
Maybe, it could be better if Cesar can discuss these early teen-age pregnancies resulting to untimely marriages to the Barangay Officials for some help in saving the rest of young women in their community from this mess so common nowadays.

I am sorry for my comments but I really feel sorry for the fate of this young couple. They got kids, they are family and victims of poverty. You can also see that they are doing everything that they can to earn money. I applaud Caesar and his team to be able to reach this poor young family and deliver the help that you are extending to them. Mark, I do applaud your humanitarian work. Actually I help my cousin for school in Cambodia and I told her I will pay for her education if she not get marry or have bf until she graduate from college and get a stable job. But I stop paying for her education coz she want to get marry. Now I'm helping another cousin with her education and the same rules apply to her too. School is cheap in Cambodia so I don't mind when i have spare money to help my family's education.
It's sad to see so many filipino in poverty. Although, I disagree with Ceasar's type of questioning and blaming. As a viewer, I appreciate this channel's help to our pinoy. I know this channels helps so many poor pinoy. I think it would be beneficial to focus one town or village at a time by creating job opportunities for every male in a household by giving them a job. Of course, you will need a local government to help you with that. God bless our people.

It's funny. People are sin in heat sin in cold, fickle as the weather.
Before: People were so angry, that Cesar was too soft on these teenagers who get pregnant at young age.
People were advising Cesar to scold them, so they will learn lessons in life.
Present time: Cesar is trying to wake up the senses of these young teenagers.
He's giving them a dose of medicine, giving them advice and lecturing them. But still, people (viewers) won't stop with criticism.
Reality is, like what my friend Mark always say: People only pay attention to the little stain on the white shirt.

So many complaints on Ceasar. He is not rude, listen to his "tone". He just pity them that's all. Subtitles is just for the viewers to understand. It's just a summary. There are many things happen in the background..So it will be nice if we all can support and give positive encouragement for team rather then criticizing. Well, Karen at that age of 14 or 15 getting pregnant in the Philippines....was thinking that coming from a broken family....she had no other choice but to find a man that would love her.....to take care of her. Because, her family failed her, in taking care of her. It happens all over the world...not just the Philippines.... In pure desperation...find a man and get pregnant.... If you have never seen or study poverty.... Or have never been in that situation......you really will never understand why she did what she did...... It just so happens the man is also poor...... Marvin, thinking...yes, I have a women in my life.....now enduring hardships in life.... Not, thinking..... Life is harder when you have kids.....

Yes, we almost get there because of broken family but this is not the reason to escaped- early marriage is not the solutions. Same situation we had we're broken family too at the age of 17 but never sink in to my mind to marry rather I chased my dream.

I've been watching the videos about making cabanas from bamboo. The guys doing this make from hand the places. They do make mud houses and styles as the ancient times. First I thought about the cabanas on a frame of a poon boat. How cool is that? Next I thought if there are several to sell or rent for a fair price they could keep a flow of cash and dig out of the poverty. So my thought is to maybe have camping grounds with them for one part, have boats rentals for another and perhaps sell them for the unique aspect that bamboo adds. I'll get back with this video on what video site. These guys work so fast and they hand craft all the material from bamboo. It's cheap enough as the videos show. To train and business would be awesome for vacations. They could share with so many and gain . I like a decent price to stay and also authentic feel of times when tech hadn't taken over. I think many would enjoy a strong business . the only thing is training and ads..a couple starter kits and whallah.... They're in business. Of course they'd need a few more things..but they could serve for the ease of homes as well.

It could be something the entire group of lower wage persons can do to make a living.
As for the stay on the beach..a couple nights during vacation is cool. Or for some on a budget..possibly even renting for a duration. But to keep a business they have to train for a business some.
Add pro I give life videos to see how these persons can help themselves in different ways..community to support each other as well. Great job those guys do teaching so much about survival
