What Rohit did throughout Odi World Cup of consistently giving fast starts to the team and just not caring about playing big knocks or getting centuries, I got similar feeling seeing how Virat batted throughout this IPL which was quite unlike what we expect from him because in last seasons or even in general, he would get slow from 40-50 3 out of 5 times to get to his 50 but in this IPL, he did not slow down a single time to get to his 50 and many times got out in 30s and 40s trying to hit a six.He was taking big risks in powerplay right from his 2nd or 3rd ball and even attacked spinners in middle overs which everyone wanted him to do so I hope he plays exactly the same way in t20 World Cup too.
But he said in one interview tht he is taking so many risk due to impact player as he knows batting is there till 8 and in india situations is different so I don't think he will and I would not want him to lose wicket by loose shot
Even with this selfless approach he scored most runs in the league, intent is important but runs are more important
