Dude it's like you didn't even record your master. It's like you only recorded one deck or something. Someone tell me I'm not alone in only hearing audio at like the beginning to 4:30, then 9:30 to another time before 13:55 and then never again.
Haha, yep. Seems like the guy moved the crossfader over to one channel for the first transition, then proceeded to use the channel faders without moving the CF back, while mixing only in headphones without ever tuning into the master... and never checked the recording before uploading. Idk how this video has so many upvotes when half of it is silence, lmao.
G House is like minimal, bass heavy, house music. It focuses a lot on simple rhythems using 808/909 drum samples with a heavy bassline. It's really similar to Minimal Bass
meninolucas Today the Diffrence between Deep House and Future House isnt that big, so you have to go to the starts of these Genres! Deep House has a lot of Acoustic Elements and often Major Melodie and the typical FM Bass. Future House has a more dirtier and digital sound (listen to some of Tchami's first Songs) because in the Production digital Waveform are used, often Future House is a bid detuned thanks to a diffrenece of -5 Semitones in the Sounds. And G-House is just BASS with dark and simplistic Notes and dark Vocals
And for us DJ's who's been doing it for a few decades, deep house is something quite different and with bpm raging from 110 BPM to 140 BPM. I think the first time I heard anyone call it Deep House was in the early 90's and was commonly found as dub or instrumental versions. Stripped down, bass heavy and usually no vocals. Later there were more soul and chill chords and the tempo got more steady around 118-124 BPM. Soon a lot of latin vibes made entry to the deep house. This to me is Classic Deep house, but now it's more often called minimal deep... I call it Deep Classic Minimal House, so anyone interested can guess what it is :) . The music in this video is part of what I call the new Deep, or Nu Deep, but this particular style I actually labeled gangsta deep a couple of years ago to separate it from the more melodic style of Deep. Is that what the G stands for in G House... :D ? Now, there's too many subgenres called things totally different to the original meaning, so I don't bother to call it anything other than the original labels. Then, others can call it want they want. I care only if it is a good track fitting in the current set I'm playing for the crowd in front of me. The only time I care to call the music anything is to keep my music organized for me to play, and when I record mix tapes, just for people to know when to click or not.
Cool mix, anyone else sick of subgenres, though? I was just told one my songs wasn't a dubstep song, when I'm an electronic artist and I very much went for a dubstep track. I even used a couple sample loops w/ dubstep in the title.
How does someone wrongly categorising song in a genre that has a clear definition (140bpm, half time drums, typically bass orientated) have anything to do with subgenres being negative?
Is it me or is everything getting called house? Much like how techno started out as a narrow genera and then was subdivided into nearly infinite categories. House seems to be a synonym for techno now. Can this music be played in a house? OK, it's house then, find a category to stuff it in. "G-House" in this case seems to be minimal and bass with just a slight touch of trap snare influence, kind of a more recent rolling sound with the classic cuts for contrast. I appreciate the effort put into the mix but it's not really my thing. I prefer more of a melody driven sound with percussion to evoke an emotional response.
Well, kinda... Techno is more "synthetic" then this already is and really fast. u rarely find Techno mixes i don't know why :P i used to hear Techno a lot
The reason a sub genre exist is so you can find music similar to what you like easier , for example Skrillex - Rock N roll is still house , but it's way more complex hence a Complextro house Or how Norwegian house is made similar to everyone one els in Norway ;D But if all electronic music was called techno, there would be no easy way to organize Hardstyle from Indie dance with out saying a short term that goes with the sound ;D

Heeeeey it seems I like this. Ha!

this is like if you took bass house made it more mellow and added some tech lol
The reason a sub genre exist is so you can find music similar to what you like easier , for example Skrillex - Rock N roll is still house , but it's way more complex hence a Complextro house
Or how Norwegian house is made similar to everyone one els in Norway ;D
But if all electronic music was called techno, there would be no easy way to organize Hardstyle from Indie dance with out saying a short term that goes with the sound ;D
cuz modern techno is like 122-125 bpm not fast at all. look up dubtechno artists like matt sassarri that's current techno
i gotta say ... this sub genres bs is getting outta hand. its progressive house .. thats it, thats all.
