Anta’s Women Krav Maga Self Defense Workshop

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Anta's Fitness and Self Defense on Oct 26, 2023 conducted its 2nd Krav Maga Women's Self Defense Workshop of 2023.
This video is Highlights of Anta's Women's Krav Maga Self Defense Workshop in Doral. This was a FREE Community Service Self Defense Class for teen to adult women in Doral, a suburb of Miami, Florida.
For 25 years, since 1998 Anta's Fitness and Self Defense have been empowering women in South Florida with Free women self defense workshops.
Most attacks on women are by men. Men are usually stronger. Krav Maga training is the great equalizer augmenting a woman's chances to survive the attack. Krav Maga so you can walk in peace.
The workshop had a Krav Maga Self Defense Demonstration by Nicole Rivas. The demonstration was put together by Anta's Associate Krav Maga instructor Marcos Peternela.
The workshop consisted of situational awareness, using objects for self defense and the most common attacks on women.
Head Instructor Julio Anta at Anta's Krav Maga is a retired corrections officer and honorably discharged from U.S. Marine Corps. Anta has been teaching self defense in Doral a suburb of Miami since 1998. He is a certified Krav Maga and Haganah F.I.G.H.T instructor. Julio is also a certified NRA gun and rifle instructor, Israeli Tactical Gun and Rifle instructor, Israeli Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics Instructor, Krav Maga Active Shooter Response instructor.
Julio is a Hung Gar Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do, Judokickbox and kickboxing instructor.
Anta's Fitness and Self Defense is the longest running martial arts school in Doral a suburb of Miami since 1998.
Julio is the author of Anta's Ages Warrior Fitness and co-author of best seller United Men of Honor, Overcoming Adversity Through Faith with other Band of brothers men.
