Next I hope you can do email address / list options. I know you use Dribble. But you do emails for a broad variety of clients. How? Scraping emails from Linked In is against their tos. And services like growbots are simple to use but cost quite a bit per email. Yesterday I saw another service that is $100 per 3,000 emails. As an agency, I’m sure you aren’t paying that! My target audience us buz coaches and life coaches.
Thanks for sharing. I am having a hard time personalizing emails, just got hired as SDR recently and my Communications Manager said my compositions are too serious and business-oriented while the head coach said it was a bit unprofessional when I changed the tone of my writing. Lol.
This is basic practice, standard procedure! But I guess it’s useful to some not-so knowledgeable beginner email marketers out there. Great channel by the way!
Hi Alex! Awesome video. Been watching some of your videos and kudos to all the efforts you gave to share your knowledge about best examples of cold emails. Can you share more examples on making first lines? Thank you and God bless
I'd rather use it for LinkedIn connect. This is a good approach for 1 message at Linkedin. However, it's only a connect. There will be a long way to sell something. Thanks, Alex for one more great video.
Great video Alex - how long does it normally take you guys to hit the benchmarks you talk about? (60% opens, 10% reply, 2-4% meeting book rate) Would you say around a month?
what i learn from this video is in my scenario i will use First Name Last Name Key as provided by my emarketer, I will replicate 20 - 25 such lines through out the data by simple drag down, and place them in LN section, while emailing that can be use as Dear [FN], [LN] - this Last Name key will pick up all those intro lines that i replicated Then use small body of my email Avoiding: Bullet points, Hyperlinks, Capsletters, Vibrant Colours, Big Fonts, Unnecessary Bold Letters, Spam Words, Long Subject Line & email body, formal message body, over-using Recipients name, email size greater than 500 KB, Including: Auto Unsub Button
Hey Alex, thanks for sharing the content. Sadly, I'm not from the States, but my clients are. I've seen you always using Hi or Hey to start the mail. From your experience is this more successful than using "Dear"? I got a reply recently who mentioned "I prefer people who are more professional and do not Hey or Hi." Thank you
Love this. Very helpful. I recently encountered a "roadblock" while doing this. LinkedIn profile is close to empty and there's not much result coming up when I tried Google. What do you think is the best route to take? Thanks.
Hey Alex, how much personalized should the P/s line be? I stalked the decision maker and found out his hobbies, his favourite quotes,... Should I include those personal things into the P/s line too?
Damn, Alex, you have this cold. I'm spending far too much time getting the kind of personalization you do. Maybe I need to be less critical and a bit more folksy, in a good way.
Alex, I am ready to rip my hair out. What if the company doesn't have anything interesting on their website to write about in the first line of an email? And they don't have a LinkedIn profile either.
I am a professional graphic designer and have a new SEO agency, I have sent 500 cold custom emails about services but none of them replied, do you think what i have to do? What can i change to getting responses. Thanks Mac
Hey Alex, how do you get around LinkedIn's profile viewing limit? In Sales Navigator there's barely any personal info on the profiles, and normal LinkedIn has profile viewing limits. Thoughts?
Hi Alex, something has been keeping me up at nights. How to keep your domain reputation while finding a good subject line over 80%? Would you recommend using another domain as this first phase of finding a subject line has the most likeliness of people hitting the spam button. You're thoughts? Thanks! YB

Love it! It's all about sending the right email to the right person at the right time.
With the right message, yes
Only that you can't tell whether it's the right time

1 month to start getting good results, then after that it's like smashing your head into a wall - a constant process of optimization and changing
Solid Tips!
