i feel like we don’t talk enough abt why they are such good performers. i mean we all ways give them props for slaying but deep how grateful they must be to still have the opportunity to perform. they were already serving during fearless but i think losing a member and being in a bit of hot water fresh out the gate made them hungrier. granted, being from the current (arguably) biggest entertainment company in sk (sizewise🙄obviously hybe r new but they have devoured and grown so massively in a short period of time) they would probably still be able to perform everywhere and receive these privileges, but it doesn’t matter because they came back with a vengeance. this is so much growth people r always shocked that they’ve been a group for like a yr .. anyway tldr they slay because they’re grateful and really took their L gracefully and as an opportunity for reinvention. i think taeji (???) here on yt has a great video essay on the concepts and themes of their discography and helps give context. they’re just gonna keep getting new stans❤
