Is ScrapeOwl mainly for Amazon and Google scraping? If we use PennyArcade and paste non Amazon urls should we still use ScrapeOwl to protect IP?

ZimmWriter won't work unless you have ScrapeOwl. It's also tied to Scraping Surgeon. So ScrapeOwl is needed for any Scraping Surgeon domain, UA-cam, eventually Google, and any other sites where your IP can't scrape.
