The SAME Appeal denied AND accepted!

The rule broken was spamming, specifically clan spamming. You know the whole "Corr on person " routine?
Well anyway they told me i'm allowed to spam just not like how annoying people do it.
Oh and about the non appeal black mark, it was back in early 2006 when a beggar asked me to help him in his quest so i told him that runehq should be able to for fill all his needs and he reported me. Now you know why high levels ignore beggars. If i ignored him, who knows i might be a mod by now.
This just proves that Jagex DOES read your messages, somehow..

People think it will never get accepted no matter what offense cause they "don't read your appeals", that's the point of this video.

This isn't proof until I see that you get a 'unique' or specialized letter/appeal to you. I'm sure that when people get reported the "mods" read some for giggles. And then most of the time they'll read the first sentence or so and then make there decision on what message to paste.

lol like they are going to read through every appeal. i think they only read appeals on big things, like perm bans and perm mutes.

That didn't make sense at all, i only appealed once and it was declined. It was removed a month or so later, after it was declined. I didn't have 2 appeals, maybe you should watch carefully before you make judgments?
