I currently have a Rooftop Tent and I'm considering swapping it for a truck camper. There are a huge number of choices on the market. I really appreciate all of the demos condensed into this short video. This is a great source of information to get the highlights of each, then do further research myself. Thanks for putting this together, I'm sure this took quite a while to edit!
We have streamlined the filming process so its not that hard to edit. We are also working on a website that will help with your research. We are just not sure how exactly we want to monetize it. Every idea that we have come up with just doesn't feel right.
That Enduro/TAV Landcruiser is amazing and the OVRLND topper with the swingout doors is the smartest way to go. So many interesting options we have for camping now.
For actual camping, the Alucab and the rear door is still the best actual camping system I see. The lack of bug proofing on a lot of the other camper shells that use the tailgate, top door assembly just doesn't seem to work well in practice if you have bad weather or bugs.
Some cool stuff, but mostly camping is such an individual recreation... everything looks like a poor use of space to me. Or at least somebody else's idea of a good use of space.

For the cost of campertop systems you could buy a 2nd gen tacoma and lay it on top of your truck.
Then buy a 2nd gen Tacoma and lay it on top of your truck?
What a snarkey bs comment. He is simply saying the overland market has gone retarded.@WelcomeToTheOutdoors
Do it and let us know how it works

Depends on what product you are talking about. But a lot of it is on the top of the bed rail either a clamp or bolted in

Hi everyone, whoever is reading this just wanted to say that we are all praying for each other,
Enduro campers should have built that on an actual truck like a f150 or Raptor not a Landsnoozer.
You cant do a passthrough on a truck like that due to the bed being able to move independently from the cab. So its better to chop a SUV.
You can get one of their campers on any truck you want.
I was making joke guys come on 🙄
@@1FiftyOverland We need emojis to know its a joke! 🤣
