There are some otome games with muscular males, but they're not rpgs so you're out of luck. Mainstrean Japanese aesthetics focus on youth and slender, lithe builds too much. Gyee's game models and illustrators are bara manga artists so it's going to be for gay men, Itto only ever made one semi-heterosexual comic (Creampie). Maybe if many of you requested it enough and the game extends it's target audience, they'll release a femail pc.
