A drive through North Platte, Nebraska

North Platte is the county seat of Lincoln County, Nebraska. It is located in the west-central part of the state, along Interstate 80, at the confluence of the North and South Platte Rivers forming the Platte River. The population, at the time of this recording, was approaching 24,000. This recording was made in mid March with springtime just a week away.

Just an observation. Dealership didn't have many vehicles, gas is $1.00 less a gallon than Washington, help wanted signs, and roads seem to be in repair. Seems so typical right now.

Looks like you came in on US 30 (4th Street), turned on Buffalo Bill Rd, then turned onto A street and stopped at the high school. Of course I haven’t lived in North Platte for almost 50 years, so I could be wrong.
