I feel like this boss fight would take place in Stardust Speedway Act 2 (not the Bad Future one) where instead of charging up a big shot you actually charge up a boost that gives you more speed for a second

Act 2 or phase 2, Metal gets up and u fight a significantly harder Metal as Shadow, as Metal is enraged and WILL make sure that Sonic is his. Sorry for the paragraph.
