Have you experimented with audio grade components in the circuitry like metal film resistors and polypropolene capacitors ? If so what did you find?

I like the Muses02 and the Sparkos the best. The only one I really thought was muddy and veiled was the first one -is that the stock? The LME-didn’t like it…
Good demonstration. My golden (ie old) ears could barely discern a difference, but I would choose the NE5532 for covering my very broad taste in music.
Muses and Sparkos ( better overall. Muses nice for Jazz - smoother). Last one is great for the $ and I would assume an electronic music.
Muses is smoother, sparkos more dynamic with slightly more pop.
Exactly! What I seemed to notice also in side-by sides on the ZA3 and the V3, muses02 and Sparkos always seem to sound the best-sparkos with a bit more energy muses with a bit more chill warmth. I happen to like chill warmth a bit, I already ordered muses for the V3 I think I’ll get some for the ZD3.
Dear Fosi.... I was going to get a set of the opamps when ordering the ZD3... but when I went to the order page it said the package deal was for 2 opamps only.... I wanted three opamps for the ZD3... so I didn't order the deal....

great design...assessing tracks through current ZA3 (through OPPO 105 player DAC) into Totem DreamCatcher speakers with KEF10b Sub... subtle options on opAMPs but suspect needing to also align ZD3 "and" ZA3 signal paths for full audio tweak
Is this in-room recorded? And if so, did you record these samples with level matched db? (not just the "68" on the front panel, but an acual sound meter)

@@robertomezzatesta I don't know what you're thinking, I use 2 HECO aurora 1000 with fosi audio V3 and the difference is obvious, the instruments come to life and distinction
@@ArchangelGabriel of course there are differences. But to evaluate this subtle differences (same for amps, preamps, dacs) you have to match the volume exactly. This review does not match volumes closely, but if you felt this difference by your own volume matched tests, this is perfectly fine.
YUP, both are the best. Sparkos more energy as usual muses more chill, sparkos $80 per unit, muses02 like $20.
