Aerox is more like a scooter vr. Of R15!! Exciting to ride with the dope looking design. The only noticable advantage of Ather here is "cost effectiveness" & features maybe.
Ather 450X is capped to the maximum of 90KM/Hr even on ZAP mode.. Above it any acceleration is software controlled and void! This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the video..!
You should put a couple of more races in a single video, these videos are too short ... like maybe with pillion on, battery drain (if between 2 EVs), acceleration performance etc
@Autocar India You guys make amazing content but the only Negative is that you take too much time bringing these drag race videos (especially Drag races of New Cars like Taigun, Kushaq, XUV, etc with its competitors).. Please post the videos soon. Btw.. Waiting for the drag race of Polo and XUV 700, Taigun (1L Manual and 1.5L Manual) with its competitors..
Just a suggestion to the Autocar India team to post the drag races more often as per the viewership demand!! One of the live examples I can share today is between the Throttle house and Carwow. Whilst Carwow posts a drag race every alternate day, where as throttle house takes a week time to post one drag race. The viewership of throttle house has gradually come down while the Carwow is killing it with Matt Watson. While Throttle House (James and Thomas) are in the thinking process as to which cars will drag race and make the content, Carwow would have already released 3 to 4 drag videos. Try to attract viewers by delivering their demands, which will inturn be beneficial for you all!!
I think there is a problem with the rear tyre and also it is not stable machine for racing. Aither 450X is no doubt a fantastic scoter for daily usage. But when I want performance + daily usage, I will go for Yamaha.
I don't understand these days why popular channels (not only Autocar :)) drag race comparison is being considered for scooters which are not used for ideal long touring and in city provided traffic conditions hard to cross 70kmph(in avg.) and whatever beats what consumers won't bother about it...
🔥🔥 Just by looking at the EV bikes u can feel how tiny , fragile and powerless they are.. it also doesnt look good on well built guys, its suitable for school kids .. India has a Really long way to go in EV bike sector.. lot of R&D must be put in..
Both scooters are crazy good. Having both , I feel ather gives a better ride as the suspension in aerox is just too tight.
rear suspension is non existent lol. Yamaha selling kyb shocks for 14k wodering if its possible to adjust the softness
