All son's, daughter-in-laws, all grand children and any loved one always receives 5x7 card for birthdays - always. As an artist, on their special days, I try to send each one a special piece of my art (yes I use stamps, dies, inks etc. but these special cards also have the special "artist" touch too). These are the most time consuming of all my cards and yes, they HAVE to be special. They are made with each person's uniqueness's in mind. Most other cards are smaller cards. But, come on, birthdays ARE special 💓. Loved your design and the TIME you took with the background etc. That mouse is adorable! It will be a must buy for future grand baby cards. Beautiful.
Super sweet card! Ilove my ATG just be mindful of the tape you load. I bought the the 6 hole instead of 12 and its so wobbly, still a nice strong adhesive but so annoying 😑. Truly sweet card!
I have made 5x7 cad, really like them, it seems the card community as a whole likes A2 sized cards mostly. I Belong to a local card group, we get together about 4 times a yr and do a card swap. Always, A2 cards, I say shake it u. I do like 6x 6 square cards, they are not that expensive to mail. Love your card, never seen an overlay before, love it, very elegant with that frame.
5x7 can be intimidating trying to fill it up.. but I do love making them. Slimline has become a new favorite of mine. I love your card! I learned some new techniques, thank you!
Once you're used to the ATG, you'll never want to let it go! Release the trigger just before you lift it from the paper. If you buy the tape in bulk, it's also the most economical adhesive for frequent use, hands down. :o)
What a cute card! I’m in love with Anita Jeram! I like the use of the acetate, really makes the card elegant. Thanks Nichol for inspiring me to try acetate out and making a 5x7 card.
Nichol you never cease to amaze me. I went from i don't nead this mouse to i wish i had that mouse today! You have so much talent you are dangerous. Thank you for sharing your talents.
I've made various sizes of cards. I like 5x7 when I've really worked on a background, but A2 are great as well! This card is a stunner with that gorgeous moon & sky! Another BIG WIN for you Nichol. Adorable.
In the past, a majority of my cards were A7. But for the past few years, it has been the A2 card. But every once in a while I go back to the A7. Usually it depends on the image size or the scene I’m trying to build. Love the finished card!
Sorry your sick and making all these wonderful cards 🥲 feel better soon. I think your burning the bridge at both ends ! But…..I appreciate your dedication 😊 your a trooper 😆
So pretty!!! I have made 5x7 cards but rarely. I think I get comfortable within my A2 canvas size, plus I tend to use pre-made card bases and don't want to buy too many sizes!
I have this one: one of the few Stamptember sets I’ve ever been able to get b/4 they are sold out! I prefer doing 5x7 cards, so I am always on the lookout for larger sets (I use them on scrapbook pages too). Plus I am collecting all of Anita Jerum’s designs. Just ordered the Moon Masks; those are perfect!
This is wonderful! I like my AGT gun. If I've made a 5x7 card, it would have been a long time ago. I normally make A2 sized cards. Occasionally, I will make a squareor shaped card
Yup!! I was up at midnight & snagged my set!!! I'm soooooo in love with your card!! I MUST do this overlay!!!❤️❤️ I typically do the A2 but...with this stamp, 5x7 is PERFECT!!
A magical card...loved seeing your process. Your attention to detail is phenomenal ✨️ I rarely make bigger than a A2 card...I may need to branch out..lol
love the card! The plastic bin for spraying is a great idea! I always have random plastic containers in my house lol . I just bought the moon masks the other day too!
Very cute! Love the techniques you used with the little frame (have always liked when you use that) and the acetate. I never make 5X7 cards, only A@ or mini slim line cards.
I LOVE your acetate technique, it's BRILLIANT and it makes for such a great accent to the card front, both the acetate and the thin metallic piece. In regards to your question, I have made a few 5"X7" card, when I have a design in mind and need some extra "real estate" on my card panel/front I will make a larger card. Such an adorable card. The way you ink blend a moon is FAB. Your plastic splatter box is a great use, there is nothing attractive about an icky cardboard splatter box laying around and if it's not out and ready for use I won't splatter, I am however curious what you use to clean your box, dish soap ??
Love the card. You make copic coloring look so easy and you do such a great job coloring. WHERE did you buy the ATG from? It took me awhile to adjust to it but now I can't live without it.
Sorry if I missed it, you have probably mentioned it at some time, but what do you use to safely remove the Stazon ink from your clear stamps? I am so reluctant to use it because I don’t want to damage my stamps.
5x7 cards all the way. My favorite.
I adore Anita Jeram stamps and love your cards
That background is great.
5x7 is my go to. All my Christmas cards were 5x7 too last year.
Hope you feel better soon Nichol. As always your card is beautiful.
Mostly A2 but also A6 and the occasional A7 for special event celebration cards. Get well soon!

I’m an A2 gal, some 5x7, i think that extra space intimidates me! Great card as always.
I love my ATG, just keep working with it, you will love it.
And super cute card. Get well soon!

Truly sweet card!
You do acetate layover cards, like no one else. I absolutely adore this one too. Fabulous and magical ❣️
I make a lot of A2 but I do also make 5x7 and slimline cards as well.
This card is absolutely beautiful. The acetate overlay makes it twice as special. ❤❤❤ Thank you

I like 6x6 cards the best with 5x7 a close second. I love your use of acetate here and the ribbon is the perfect touch! Great card!
Super cute card. I love the acetate overlay, definitely a great inspiration.
Oh my, this card is darling. Your coloring is amazing.
Oh Nichol this card is absolutely adorable. Just loved the technique you showed. Thanks for the tips also.
I’ve had an ATG for over 10 years. There is a period of adjustment, I seem to be using more liquid glue instead
This is darling, Nichol!! Yes, I have made 5x7 cars. I love this collab set.

Beautiful card. Love this technique. I periodically make 5x7 cards, but mostly A2 & mini slimline. TFS.

Absolutely stunning!
Love your color combo and stapler for Ribbon. I do not have the moon mask either but I have the stamp set. Ty this is beautiful
Such a cute card!
What an adorable card. You make those tiny frames look so easy. I struggle with them SO MUCH. They never look straight when I’m done.
I like the last card best.
What an AWESOME card!!
Really adorable card.
Love your cards. I’ve never made a 5x7… all just A2.
just when i think i’ve seen it all you surprise me yet again with another wonderful creative design!! 💕🌈
This is wonderful! I like my AGT gun. If I've made a 5x7 card, it would have been a long time ago. I normally make A2 sized cards. Occasionally, I will make a squareor shaped card
Adorable card!

Love this card idea, Nicole! I rarely make the A2 size so this is great to see a larger size. Thanks for your inspiration.
I only make 5x7. I personally think the A2 are too small. Love your cards and always super helpful and inspiring! Thank you, hope you feel better.
A magical card...loved seeing your process. Your attention to detail is phenomenal ✨️
I rarely make bigger than a A2 card...I may need to branch out..lol

Love the card and was actually able to purchase the stamp/die set - yeah!!! Your videos are always wonderful - thanks so much! XOXO
So cute!!
I absolutely love this card, thanks for your ideas as always. Be well xx
Very cute! Love the techniques you used with the little frame (have always liked when you use that) and the acetate. I never make 5X7 cards, only A@ or mini slim line cards.
This is such a cute card! I'm just learning and I love the acetate overlay. Thanks!
I love this!

I can usually just use warm water but I will use a mild dish soap as needed.
Amazing card!
My fav size card is 5 x 5
Hello everyone
Love the card. You make copic coloring look so easy and you do such a great job coloring. WHERE did you buy the ATG from? It took me
awhile to adjust to it but now I can't live without it.
What was the method you used to create that slim silver inset frame. It looks really nice and enhances the whole card. Very cute!
Nichol, which model Scan n Cut do you use and do you like using it to cut your images?
I have never created a 5x7 I always do A2
That is so adorable! What is the mini attacher you use? It looks smaller than a regular staple.
Sorry, just updated the supply list:
It's Tim Holtz' Tiny Attacher: ldli.co/e/9dq90qm
Thank you! 😊♥️
Sorry if I missed it, you have probably mentioned it at some time, but what do you use to safely remove the Stazon ink from your clear stamps? I am so reluctant to use it because I don’t want to damage my stamps.
I use regular stamp cleaner. If you clean immediately I find they clean up perfectly.
Staz-On makes a stamp cleaner. I think Hobby Lobby carries it, but check Simon Says Stamp also!
No heart?
