Just the greatest. Can't wait to get back for a visit.
Sitting watching this from Phoenix, Arizona.
Moved here in 2008...but still, no place like home.
Thank you for the video! I am from Brazil and next year I am going to Newcastle, I just can not wait!
I live in Newcastle ... I think it's the best place too be. I was born here and I'll stay here.
Brilliant, simply brilliant !
Miss you Newcastle Upon Tyne, we will return to stay in this city again.
Well presented Video of our home City you obviously likeNewcastle as we do.
Newcastle-upon-Tyne is where I live. My home town is Darlington. It's bitterly cold in Newcastle today with snow and ice, I'm sure you're warmer in Arizona!
I really want to visit the city. See the magpies play. Great video btw.
LOVE IT!!!! Thanks...
Nice one, enjoyed watching that.
It is definitely much better now that it was in the 1970s when I was there!
An excellent video.
Great song great place :D
Howay the Toon! Love the place to bits! ;-)
Great video coverage of a great, historic city. Roxy Music's "More Than This" fits perfectly over this video. Try it! Thought is was appropriate. Bryan Ferry is a Geordie.
Paradise on earth - True bRits - True Geordies
Howay Wor Toon !

@somersetdc I would not bother with Glasgow - although the scenery to the north is outstanding. York and Edinburgh certainly as they are among the UK's finest cities. I would certainly put them before Newcastle. You do not want to miss London of course!!
i just have relatives in newcastle, but i feel so like a geordie
newcastle 4ever
@dannyleolee Coming from Newcastle - that is really nice to hear, especially from someone from China!!
It's called 'North'. It goes into a really heavy rock bit in the middle, I cut that bit out for the video though. Hope that helps!
Paul Mounsey, and it's from the album Nahoo Too.
Hey Mark, really like your video.Newcastle upon Tyne is an amazing city.
I also liked the soundtrack-what's the name of that song?

I am planning a trip to the UK this fall. I want to spend some time in another city besides London. Friends have mentioned Glasgow and Edinburgh...but York and Newcastle seem more interesting. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!
