Probably wont be, they seem to only do limiteds for summer and winter events, given that ice dragon event is the limited one rapi should be no different than the naga/tia bunny twins or any other high tier ssr non pilgrim girls, aka ends up on normal summon wishlist.
@balverine07 I hope so. If Rapis gets put in normal ill have to skip her in preparation for Stellar Blade and EVA round 2. The way Rei sticks her butt out in this new events just too tempting. Yes im down bad. No not the tiny penguin child Rei.
The biggest disappointment for me is the Scarlet re-run not Red Hood re-run. They did so many thing that are so similar to Modernia like free outfit plus the survey result and music, and she got re-run last year. But this year men why not Red Hood😢.
