The military in general is plagued with contracts and systems outsourced to civilians. We have very capable service members, yet non-green suiters seem to be making important calls and always delaying progress. Contractors are important but giving too much authority takes away from readiness
I have a coworker that was a mechanic on the F 35. When it breaks Machach one they have to completely repair the skin of the jet. Because it’s glued on.
Actually a great amount of operational intelligence has been gathered on Russia's military capabilities, as well as a great deal of tertiary damage having been done to their regime, militarily and otherwise. Probably not *quite* worth as much as has been put in but, the result is generally positive i think.
We did not have to arm Ukraine to understand Russian capabilities. We already intelligence assets for that reason. I could give 2 shits about a war not on US soil.

It's too bad he has no idea how FMC rates for aircraft in the USAF work, 55% is actually really impressive for an aircraft thats still as new as the F-35. And if we didn't have Lockheed Martin helping us out that rate would be lower. I worked them nearly 6 years, I'd know.
Nothing wrong with Spaceforce enlisting from the cream of the crop of the other services, those services do a fine job at vetting the truly special and or uniquely qualified individuals
there is no other contractor that is as capable to maintain the F35 as well as Lockheed martin, it does need better oversight and accountability. And unfortunately will require more money.
It will he will not be Trump's attorney general. He has changed his mind. I think we need him arguing every day in Congress. I would hate to see him focusing on attorney general to tell you the truth

No it isn't, I worked them for 6 years at Eglin AFB where he purportedly "checks in" but if he actually paid any attention during those visits he'd be touting how impressive a 55% FMC rate on a jet as new as the F-35 truly is.
@@HildegardActual YES! I appreciate a politician who keeps spending on programs in check, but. Every new plane (F/A most commonly) has poor readiness when first introduced, it takes years to optimize logistics for repair and maintenance for new and complex weapon systems who's airframes are intended to last generations.

Programmatic issues and cost overruns are what you get when you buy an unfinished product, and that being said, those were my jets. I worked them 6 years and there is nothing else in the sky that can remotely compare to them. You're not well informed enough about them if thats truly what you believe. He makes a 55% FMC rate sound bad, but in actualoty that's about standard for most fighter jets that have been in service a long time and the kinks are worked out, the F-35 is still pretty new and 55% is actually good.
@@HildegardActualwhat are you on about , 3/4 of the fleet is grounded ! Since this video another 4 have crashed, two years ago the whole fleet was grounded due to ejection system issues . When they first came out the top speed had to be reduced because it peeled the stealth coating . Now you should know this if you worked on them ! You say it’s a good jet but mention nothing about its issues . The fact you don’t mention these issues is shocking , it makes me think you never worked on them

Absolutely money laundering
What are you going to do about it?
Matt is going to the Senate to replace Rubio. 🤪
Ask them what happens when all the equipment is running on batteries!!!
This guy is amazing 👏

The military is made up of the same kinds of people contractors are made up of. The majority of military contractors are ex-military.

50billion spent on entire Marine core. 800billion+ sent to Ukraine, for what again??
Exactly

For stopping Russians invading a country we swore to defend from invasion. Grow a spine.
So is all the fighter jets going to go to the space force is that what we're up to

To much info over the air for foreign parties to hear.
Hope DOGE will review this corruption.

The most evil branch of the military.
Matt gaetz refused the position of AG
Refused? That's a nice way of putting it.
