Completely personal preference but I think your eyebrows are a little heavy for your pretty face. Maybe a shade too dark. I don't mean this horribly at all, just expressing my opinion & no disrespect. I'd like to see you do them a little lighter and see if it was more flattering ?
Yeah I agree.. Her skintone is too light for that dark brown I feel she should try a grayish color :)
Yeah she tinted them and they look darker than usual.

I love your looks Lauren, but do you think you could vary the way you contour, highlight and add blush and stuff? It's often the same and I'd like to know how you could vary these things for different looks cause it seems you always say 'I don't do this blush' or 'I always do this contour' which doesn't help those of us with a different face shape.

I'd suggest finding a UA-camr who has the same face shape as you so that you can mimic the highlighting and contouring routine. I personally find it helpful if I just change up the eye look from other youtubers and keep the face the same if that makes any sense.
Normally girls tend to stay with the same ways they already do there face makeup! Each different kind of face shape has different ways they do blush bronzer contouring and such! I would agree to find different youtubers who would have different face shapes and see there ways of doing face makeup girl!
Chantel schnider Yes and I get that. But Lauren is a Beauty Guru. Her job is to teach us how to do makeup via video on youtube. She makes money off of it. So why can't she switch it up? Teach us more than just a basic contour, the same blush you know? Or explain where to put it in relation to other features. Like Cait Nicole said. Almost all gurus stick to the same thing and basically just switch up the eyes. A guru needs to have flexibility especially with Lauren who used to be a freelance makeup artist so she knows how to work to a dofferent face shape.
I know I can watch other people, but I don't see why they can't change up what they do to appeal to a wider audience.
+Phoenix Renee (Gamergurl1405) yes lauren and allllll the other beauty people on youtube can change the ways they do there makeup, but personally most of them keep the face the same and just do different eye looks! Thats just what iv noticed.

Absolutely love this look but your eyebrows Lauren! I have dark blonde hair so I know the struggle to get a good eyebrow shade but I feel like they were just a bit too dark even though they suited the boldness of this eye look. Your natural eyebrows look fabulous at the moment! You could put a tiny bit of powder on them and they would look flawless, you have such a nice natural shape!

Diversity is crucial in the beauty world but not on UA-cam it seem. Popular make up look is how you make your money on UA-cam which is wonderful but finding talented make up artist and new ideals nothing can beat that. This inner eye highlight disease is being applied for every make up look... The eye make up instead of looking high becomes low and heavy with to much Focus on the inner eye. Would like to see some looks without the inner eye high beam coming at me... I follow make up artists to learn and you are one of them. My clients are human beings of all colors and I have so much fun watching Beautiful women and men of all colors on youtube making the world a more beautiful.

Quick question, when you use the stila foil finish shadows do you mix them with the primer first or do you apply them dry? I have a hard time getting an even application and its quite difficult to get the product onto a brush, wondering if I'm doing it wrong 😐
