What a great space! I love how big your table is. Our space is in our livingroom currently. Sort of. We have a small office that has lots of book shelves but a side of our licingroom has a table and all our maps hung and my white board. When we have guests sometimes i feel weird about it but i juat tey to remind myself. We live here, we learn here and anyone visiting shouldnt be bothered by some art displays and maps and globes...lol.
I love that table. If I was your neighbour, I would help you refinish it instead of get of new one! If you have an antique place near you that refinishes furniture, you could ask if they can refinish it to your specifications and if they pick up and deliver. When I lived in Omaha, there was a little antique place jointly run by hobbyists and they refinished stuff made to order. Also, my mom would say, "that's what table cloths are for." lol But I like the dents and dings. You specifically mentioned the pink ring stain. That table is homeschool history!
If it were a quality piece of furniture and the chairs weren’t falling apart I probably would! The white areas where people set hot items drive my the craziest. The rest I feel like I can deal with 🤣
Paint the table and put a good top coat on it.. make it a project for the kids. Sand the top, wipe off, paint 2 or 3 coat and then a good clear coat!! Then its perfect!!
Also chairs are super cheap on Facebook market place or thrift stores if you keep a eye out. Or take a chair at a time. Take it all apart reglue and re screw. I did this once
Great space! Thanks for sharing. I saw you had a Once Upon a Child bag, when we lived on the east coast we shopped there often for seasonal items. 😊 We are on the west coast now and sadly I have not been able to find any consignment stores. 😔
@@PlannerHomeschoolingMom The website consignmentmommies.com used to be good but I’m not sure if it’s still updated. You can always google “kids consignment sales near {your town}”
It’s a cart I got from Temu. We just use it to store all of the kids technology so we can keep track of it and know it’s charged when we need it. We keep the kids laptops that they use for typing, their kindles, and their Nintendo switches in it. We also keep our mini dvd player that we use for art.
"Alright we have a tennis ball on the floor I don't know why" 🤣 What a great use of your space! So well organized. Love it!
Thank you!! 😊

Thank you!

Yes! I love OUAC! But I love pop-up kids consignment sales even more. Have you checked for any of those in your area?
@@TheMommaLibrarian No I haven't checked for pop-up sales, is there a website you use to find them?

@@TheMommaLibrarian Thank you, I will check it out.
Love the space! Where did you get your technology cart?
@@johannagrossman2758 it’s from Temu. It’s not the sturdiest thing but it was cheap.
Can you share more about your technology cart? My son is beginning to ask about getting his own piece of technology.
