2. Residence Permit (RP) important anu. Checklist l mention cheythit und, RP mandatory anu. I think it’s better to take your FRV visa appointment once your husband has received the RP.

According to the prerequisites of FRV, you require sufficient living space (more than 28sqm) and financial stability to meet both your and your spouse's expenses. Unfortunately, there won't be a possibility I guess.
