I think these new angles really do a great job at showing your skill as a pilot and the difficulty of the places you land. I also think it will help your channel grow as people who may not be very in to flying will be able to see and feel what it’s all about
Thanks Todd I almost didn’t realize you got the extra footage from the ground at first! Good thing you asked. It was good, best part of the video is still tail perspective landing though! Downwind to base: “Finals clear, Landing Gear?”
Nice, like it, but I still like the in cockpit and tailwheel shots and stuff as well. So I would say mix em up as you feel, they're all good in my opinion.
Really liking the new shots, but I really like all of your usual shots as well, so either way you can’t go wrong! Keep the cool videos coming, makes me really want to get into aviation…
Thanks Todd, All the fixed and drone shots must be a lot more work but they really add to the video! Looking at planes is "nearly" as much fun as flying. I spent most of the day working on the new hanger here. Now as I crash on the recliner after supper it's great to kick back and watch your video.
Great video again Todd. I think your music selection is always spot on, love it. That's neat your folks are helping you out, your dad seems like a he is a real character and always ready to work on a project. The shots from the ground really show how the wind affects you.
Love your videos. Ground video was a nice different perspective. Also the shots of Garden of the Gods was really cool. Keep up the good work. I think we may live close to each other as I live in Franktown, CO.
Glad you got the UA-cam membership set up. Great video as always and happy to throw some extra change your way. Keep up the great content. I'd love to hear you talk through your landings over comm, but like the music you add into the videos as well.
@@429thunderjet2 I have a land deal possible in LA (lower Alabama). If that goes through, I'm planning to buy a turbine Mosquito or Helicycle. I've already talked with Todd's Dad, and he's cleared me to park it there. Todd ain't getting rid of me that easy!!
As always great content. The first part of the video with camera on the tail and turning 45 degrees got me a little dizzy. Cameras on the ground were great. I would like to here how far of the ground you are in different flights. I don't think the cameras give a real perspective of how high you are. Pole barn is great, wish I had one. Paying for a hangar is a bummer, like throwing money away.
Been following you for a while, and worth doing that as I like your stuff. But, where are you based, and what area with mountains are you flying over? I have no idea!
Hey rogwen, I'm out east of the Rockies in Colorado. Out east of CO Springs. Most of my flying is all over the rockies in CO mainly.. then some flying in Utah, Wyoming, NM, SD, Idaho, MT etc. when I can reach out further.
IMO, I like it all. But, please don't burn yourself out! If you stop making and sharing videos, the viewers won't be able to see any camera angles. So, please do what you like to do and I'll watch. Thanks again!!

I like the additional perspective Todd. I think it enhances the views from the plane. Keep up the great work!
Yep, I like the ground-based camera shots of your take-offs and landings. It is interesting to see things from this perspective.
Like a few have already mentioned, I think a combination of different views is nice. I just enjoy when you post ANY content!

thanks Chuck!!
The new shots are definitely cool. It does give a nice perspective and scale to the mountains around you.
It was a nice "change of pace" the new perspective shot angles etc.

very true - he is!! thanks David!
Moving ground shots more than welcome, love that ridge weaving sequence!
You never make a bad video. I'm sure you have nerves of steel. Great perspectives. I totally enjoyed it.
the extra perspective from the ground or a drone look great, just keep doing what interests you, you have great instincts for the film making aspect.
Love this video, the footage is amazing. The hanger is looking great!
Love the camera work on this one! You get to fly in a beautiful area, keep em coming

Great job as usual! Liked the camera on the ground. That bird will sure climb at that altitude!
Love your videos. Flying is such a rush. Be careful out there and keep up the great UA-cam channel.
loved the different view. Amazing. Gonna buy some stickers too! Didn't even know about that website
I want it all, so I like both. :D Appreciate you taking the effort to set those up!
Amazing video footage. Impressive you can get all these shots without a full camera crew!
Glad you got the UA-cam membership set up. Great video as always and happy to throw some extra change your way. Keep up the great content. I'd love to hear you talk through your landings over comm, but like the music you add into the videos as well.
Thank you Joshua!!
Extra perspectives are great thanks !
Great new shoots. Love your stuff.
Great job! I like the different camera angles.
I like it, I bet it's a lot of work
Yeah great perspective!
Great perspectives to add into your usual great content .
"...why we built the hangar building so big..."
Well, one reason was so I'd have a place to keep my small turbine helicopter!!
Oh , you mean the Rans S7 Courier helio? ha ha!

@@JSBIRD69 oh wow! Yeah that would be pretty cool.
Are you down to your last helicopter - that's awful - my advice, if it gets any tougher sell the Ferraris before the bird...
@@prof.heinous191 Yeah Professor...my MD902 is being washed!!
I enjoy watching your videos. Keep up the good work. I am in the process of getting my tailwheel endorsement now.
right on Lee! I don't think you will regret that
Ooooohhh I will be entering this raffle!!!
Great camera work

Ok. Bought a raffle ticket Todd. If I win you are selected to deliver the airplane.
haha right on Ken!
great perspective ! which epex engine do you have ?
thanks Jonathan! I have the Edge Rotax EP912STi.. 154hp capable, but I tuned it to about 140ish to keep lots of margin.
