It's states equal rotation speed or linked rotation speed, so why have you equated a celestial objects energy in rotation when the mass of the rasengan and a star are not remotely the same. You realise it requires alot more energy and work done for a star to rotate at the same speed as say a fidget spinner. Simply the KE equation with angular velocity would dictate the rasengans and codes kinetic energy. It wouldn't even be close to a stars KE.

But, notice the equation, KE(rotational) = 0.5*I*W^2 I = moment of inertia, requires L = angular momentum which is dependent on two variables that are specific to what is rotating, mass and radius. Therefore the kinetic energy of rotation cannot ever be the same.
It seems far more likely that this is just about his ability being akin to that of stellar orbit as opposed to the literal torque of a star with a star being used to illustrate the magnitude of this force. It could also just be the seemingly neverending rotation of a star. There are so many more interpretations than just "his Rasengan has the force of a rotating star". Also, is anything even said about the Rasengan's power itself?
