    It is very generous of you to share such personal spaces, and so thoroughly. I am sure it was not easy to do. You are a good teacher! "Showing" is much more instructional than "telling". Thank you.

    I'm a Japanese and the view from the window at 0:48 really makes me feel it is Japan outside ^^ ... maybe because the roof tiles (瓦, or かわら ) in that color and the hedge is what we typically see in Japan.

    I admire how you maintain a minimalist wardrobe. Your entry way is very nice. You make such good use of the space. As I look at my wardrobe, I sometimes feel overwhelmed with the amount I have, especially with shoes and purses, but I continue to declutter. You might want to consider folding your basic tops using the Kon Marie system. It really works well so you can see every item instead of combing through the pile. Thanks for your organization tips.

    Loved the video today! It’s inspired me to reorganize my wardrobe for fall ❤ A tip for shoe maintenance: if you stuff the toes with paper (or use shoe/boot forms) they will keep their shape much better and look fresher/newer longer.

    I live in a mild climate (San Francisco) and my woolies only come out of storage for the four to five cool months. Because I lack shelf or drawer space, I do hang them all during the cold season. But, they seem to recover just fine after being stored folded in zippered cloth bins for the rest of the year. Plus, I like being able to see them all at a glance, hanging in my closet. Your compact wardrobe is amazing!❤

    Thank you Signe for sharing your closet with us. I don’t think I could be that brave! As always, you give us great ideas for clothes and storage. My closet is definitely a work in progress but hope to get to your level one day!🥰

    I would love to see a video dedicated only to your mom outfits (both home and playground wear). Even if they have multiple signs uf usage, I am sure you are still as stylish as one can be in them. As a mom of a 3 yo I sometimes struggle with what to wear to the spielplatz and would be happy to get some inspo. Great video, thanks for sharing! 🌼🌞

    Thank you for doing the tour! It’s really nice to see how things are all laid out and stored. I am currently working on whittling down my collection, but it has been challenging because I love so many of my pieces. It’s simply too much though, so I’m getting more Focused on figuring out my personal style so that I can just keep what’s really me. Everything else definitely needs to go and I need to clear up my garage space from all of these bins!

    Hi Signe, what is your opinion on buying multiples of the same piece, same colour, size as well as different colour/length, etc. It's not very minimalist but I think that if you really find an item that is perfect for you and reasonably priced, especially if you are petite or you find it difficult to find things that fit you well, it is a good idea. Do you do that? I have recently invested in several pairs of a perfect pair of jeans that looks amazing on me! They will hopefully last me forever and are a classic. If anyone's interest, they are the Eva Bootcut from Marks & Spencer's in the UK

    • @heidimeigs5192

      I do this when I find a piece that fits really well.👍🏻

    • @UseLess_dk
      @UseLess_dk  Рік тому

      I do that too sometimes! Usually there will be a difference in for example colour, but yes some times it does make sense! I try to not buy too many duplicates that basically do the same thing but again if there’s a small difference between them, it could be a pair of jeans in the same cut but different colours, then I’m all for it 😊

    Thanks for showing us! It looks beautiful, like a shop arrangement! Also very coever use of space. I am very organised, but I have too many things, so it can never look like yours.
    I wish I had fewer things, everything is FULL to bursting. But it's so hard to get rid of things i like! I do at least have a one-in, one-out rule - and I'm not allowed to buy new coat hangers or storage tubs (self-imposed rule). So even though I should have fewer things, at least i can't get many more!

    Loved the video so much. I'm inspired to address my wardrobe - deep clean, address storage organization, get fall & winter geared queued up and mending done. Thanks for leading the charge on this. We need your guiding light! And re: the small space painted in a dark color - we did this in our small bathroom and love it! It's capri blue floor to ceiling, with a pop of white in the claw foot tub and sink. It's for fun.

    I really wonder how little is your wardrobe. I mean, I really try not to shop many things, but, anyway, by the time there are so many things that came into my wardrobe, which I really love, which I could never get rid of! So my wardrobe is about three times of yours ... congratulations to your really minimal version! My excuse is that I am a bit older than you, so maybe once also your wardrobe will have been got bigger 😉😅

    We may be in the market for built in wardrobes sooner than we expected, and i really like how well thought out yours is! Our current ones are similar sizes, but the design leaves so much empty awkward space so not as functional as they could be. As a side question, what is your nail varnish? Its just the colour im looking for!

    Hi Signe, thank you for sharing your wardrobe with us again☺️ Even after years it’s still interesting and entertaining to see how you store your clothes! Somehow I was still surprised to see that you're not using the KonMarie folding method in your drawers (except for Jeans). You have probably mentioned this at one point but can you please help me remember the reason😄? Just not working for you? And I cannot find the brand of your new shacket (blue checkered one). Would you please tell us? Thank you and love from Germany💕

    Dumb question, however which bin would you keep the few dresses you have or sweater dresses (if you had them) in? I started doing this 2-3 years ago after hearing you take on why and it’s been great. Now that we’ve move to a climate with severe extremes in temps and when it will change isn’t guaranteed I think organizing my out of season clothes like this might work.

    • @UseLess_dk
      @UseLess_dk  Рік тому

      I’d probably keep them in my summer clothes storage tub, but I actually always bring down all 3 and look through them no matter the season! Just to see if there’s something I’m in the mood for wearing 🥰 so they could go in either one where there’s room! I only try to part it to make it slightly more organised!

    You don't have a lot of room between the end of the bed and the wardrobe, maybe one with mirror doors would have helped, also to make the room look bigger.

      Sometimes it does happen that we need something in the wardrobe at the same time haha! But it doesn’t annoy us all that much, usually we don’t get ready at the exact same time anyway 🥰
