I'm pretty sure, Charles has a huge storage to store all the instruments he ever came across.
background be like: ørāngë
i like it lol
Oh man. I missed you guys. Didn't realize it's been a month since the last video.
Found this channel by searching for the Odd Ball, and reviews of it. Ended up binging a whole lot of your videos. This channel is awesome! Deserves so many more views and subscribers.
That buttercup, though more mustard lookin', background is a pretty neat ass little change. Me like!
First time i’ve seen this, i absolutely have to get one, it’s exactly the kind of thing i’ve been wishing for!
Good you're back!!!! MORE!!! Really liked this piece of gear!
Wow sick. Really cool drum. And you are like a pro on this drum
I really missed you guys
the orange feels great
Welcome back, welcome back!
This feels like an 80’s instrument
Dude you are too underrated
Sounds good, seems you are in control of the rythm with good latency, might be what I'm looking for. Just a quick drum recording with your fingers or a snare ruffle.
Thank you so much. 😆👍
I searched a lot of vids...but not getting the midi drum....😰
Now i can say... atleast m close 2 that one which m lookin 4....
4:18 sounds like a song in a movie
and 6:00 sounds like a song in a horror movie
Hey there! At 2:25 you mention it can't be used without a computer--do you have any recommendations for a unit that can? I just want a super-sensitive standalone, large-pad thing for finger drumming. Also, I love the orange!
And just to add, I'd be thrilled to go boutique, used, quirky, small shop, or even DIY board-build. Thanks!!!
The first ten seconds of your video made me stop shopping and go look for that pressure Wacom tablet to set up some zones and next step is silicone pour, thanks homie
Gonna use it as a plate
Aye you're back
I love these videos
felt like decorating it with the Public Enemy logo or Flavor Flav clock 🤣
Ah. Good ol' drums.
Definitely need a few of these
I have looked everywhere for one of these. can you help me find one pls. i need this for music production and composition, for scoring would change my life. I just can't find it anywhere. They should make more of them
First line. I hit subscribe. 😂
might have to buy this! I am a drummer..
I've got a Boppad here that''s been unopened for 5-6 years which is a shame. Anyway would someone mind doing a tutorial 101 for dummies like myself in how to get underway Or at the least, links to software that you need to get it operating.
The Biopad when plugged into my laptop displays a green light which changes to amber when i caress the drum pad which tells me it's functioning, so that's good
Cheers
I'm in the same situation. I bought the BopPad, opened the editor and haven't a clue how to program it. I want to take advantage of the full array of MPE (5D) sounds but the Keith McMillan website has scant info. If you find any good tutorial sources, please let me know :-)
The orange is the BEST
Hy guy ! That's pretty cool !! But with which software you link it on your pc ?
What are software /set up /patches ?
The UK Amazon link doesn't work
thanks, good!
So did you hook up both the bop and v drums to an amp for the video?
Dude stop it, stop it! 😉
Every time you come up with some great new shit, my wallet groans loudly! Last time I definitely needed an ORBA. Thanks Dude for your good reviews! 🤙🏻
Excellent video
we orange now, bois
i was looking away at the pizza i was eating during the part about the pad sliding on the stool, and as soon as i head "i got an idea" i was like "... hes gonna duct tape it" followed by that distrinct sound of the tape
i wonder if that shot was just to make that sound, and how many takes it took to get it just right lol
and how you hooked up to iPad
lol...Keith McMillen Instruments BopPad Mount
Wouldn't it be great if those drum midi controlers came with a foot pedal for the highhats and the kick drum?
I'm not a drummer so correct me if there already is one that has foot pedals for kick drums and the high hats.
You can buy midi foot controllers, because the midi drum pads don’t have sounds built in; and you’re instead plugging them into a DAW / midi drum sampler, you’d just add external pedals (that way you’re not limited to the amount of pedals either!)
0:15 Lucio Fontana: Beginnings
Cool midi drum. I have also made a simple diy midi instrument.
woah
Amazing :)
6:38 is totally Forza Motorsport 4 vibes
Couldn't you just map one of those drums on the kit for that anyways?
The taiko drum made me want to go to war
8:20 congrats, you just wrote some doomer post punk
The intro gave me Billie Eilish vibes
8:04 Did anyone else hear the beginning of 'I would walk 500 miles'
I'd like to see more on actual programing and customizing settings
Oranage is my fav colour soo…………
185 £ better buy midi keyboard with pads
What a weird product. It having only a USB output makes it very hard to use it on anything else than a PC. Which is a shame because PCs are more prone to latency issues than dedicated hardware samplers/synths.
you should produce music. and make music. plz
Just got one. So far, I’m not impressed AT ALL!
What don't you like about it? For what it is I think it's a little overpriced. Should be under $140. The Kat MP1 is $120 and it has built in sounds.
New background, good or bad?
definitely good
I think the old one was better but hey, it's your choice
B E S T
Good
It's lootd
