It's sad that Rain's animations don't have as many views as before. He has improved drastically in his animations for every new video he releases.
I think part of it is that the line seem to cliché and awkward sometimes

@@ybobseyer5684 You got a really good point there. Actually, I was one of Rainimator's subscribers who actually moved on from watching minecraft animations. I stopped watching Minecraft animations 3 years ago but not Minecraft in general since there are still a lot of memes about the game on my recommended list.
It wasn't until I got notified one day about Rain's new upload which was the "To The Void Instrumental" that I begin to resume watching Minecraft content again as a way to reminisce my childhood and Rainimator has been a part of it growing up. I have never been so happy for the growth of a Minecraft animator who has become successful in their yt channel and their content.

I've always wanted a music video deepening the minimum knowledge we have of the past with Rain and Abigail so this was no doubt one of my favourite music videos Rain has made, right under We Are The Danger.
There are so many details here that confirm and answer theories and questions. I really hope more videos like this that are based off of a character or more's past together just for a basic summary of their background.
There is more luck that Patrick had a childhood abusive (parents violents , abus etc…)wich explains his very strict and demanding side.
This was always one of my favorite rainimator vids. I love when the people in the background look at rain after he yells at Ciara.

I really liked that even an emotionless person like me could cry, which shows that it is good animation and a good script, as well as being able to process emotions very well.
Man I was wanting some more back story between Rain and Abigail and have chance for us to finally grieve the loss of Abigail.

Dang I’ve seen this one so many times and it still hits hard. I love the way he wrapped this up, since so many of us were hesitant to transfer from Abigail to Stella. This might be my favorite vid of the series.

Like the theme about dealing with and overcoming grief. It was hard for Rain to lose his girlfriend Abigail by having to kill her because of what she had become and I had a feeling that those feelings of loss would come back to haunt him later on in the series. Great story!

@@puggoman902 he didn't get hacked, basically what happened was he was hired by some group to make animations on that channel, but then after a few years of that the group that hired him just fired him and kept the channel since it was theirs to begin with.

It hurt pretty bad since I got Stonewalled (Emotional abuse term, look it up) and I had trust issues before since in the past 17 years 12 of them have been messed up like hell with a lot of emotional traumas, so with another person breaking my trust and leaving me in the dirt my depression’s been realllllll bad, but I’m living and getting through it. :)

In fact, the plot is very worked out, and makes you feel in the place of the main character, understand his pain and the realization that a person close to you, with whom you have experienced so many events, and now you need to let him go, and live on, sad, very sad....
the fact that rainimator can make you cry
This by far is one of my favorites because of how much it shatters my heart. Losing a loved one has always haunted me and I’ve lost a few. The story telling is incredible and character development is remarkable. I loved Their relationship from the beginning and I shattered knowing how fast it ended. ❤️

I came back here after We Are the Danger XL (and you all know why) and I just realized this is one year old. Time flies

I’ll say this. This was a rather surprising entry in the series.
Instead of the usual epic fights and heavy atmosphere, we get a slow trek through memory lane that is accompanied with no intensity, hard fighting (kind of), or fast paced action.
I got to tell you. It’s a really welcoming change.
Not saying that I love the previous videos, not at all, but for us to take a second and really focus on the characters is a element that is very key to connecting with the story and the world. And considering how much of a pace shift this is for the usual output, I love it.
Dragon Tamer. This may be one of your finest videos you and your team have accomplished.

One thing i do want to ask Rain is like is this ever gonna have an end? It’s been around since i was 6 and im 14 now. Also something i would love to see in the future is like an hour long movie with this series where it’s just voice actors with no music or you could do it like a musical where there are scenes with songs but primarily just voice acting it would be so amazing. I hope you see this!

- For me, this was the best video of the series. Rain remembering Abigail and finally feeling everything they've passed through shows us how bigger and exciting their life was. The characters are getting even more amazing than they already are; and all the animation is constantly growing and advancing.

To my knowledge from following this series at the original cold as ice, the glow showed he had a small bit of corruption killing him from the inside. That’s the entire reason they went through wit the wither heart episode I think. I could be wrong so feel free to correct me.

@@bloodbrothers6556 I realized there's a "but" on it... In the end of the episode, when Stella cures Rain, the glow in his eye came back to the normal (shiny). So that means it wasn't the curse, but just him healthy. What do you think of it?

This guy's story is literally unmatched in how good the plot is...
I am very impressed with the flashbacks in this. I love how he showed flashbacks all the way to the first episode. What happened to that armor Rain was wearing, and even more so that sword, it just disappeared after like two episodes. I would love to see him use that armor and sword again. So, I guess this finally closes the book on Abigail's story, but I just got to say am I the only one who thought that they were going to use the totem of undying that Cane and Abigail got from Lance in the episode "Poison" to revive Abigail at some point, but I guess this removes that possibility. I'm glad that Stella is in the picture now, and maybe that totem will instead get used by Rain to save her at some point. About the flashbacks to before the series. Why is who I'm assuming is Abigails mother look like she's from the nether, and why is she giving Abigail the nether star. If she is the nether queen, then I guess that ACTUALLY makes Abigail the nether Princess. I always thought she was the nether princess just because King Naeus took her body after she was killed by Herobrine and took her to the nether and brainwashed her into thinking she was the nether princess, just so she would eventually die and Naeus could take her powers through the nether star and become king himself. But I guess that's not true, instead the reason he brought her there was because she REALLY IS the nether princess. And I surprised nobody knew that, or at least it doesn't seem like anybody knew that, including Rain, and she doesn't even seem to know this until Naeus reminds her, despite what happens here. I definitely think Rain and Stella are perfect for each other. I'm also glad to see Hogsworth return again, even though he's just a prisoner now. Finally, I wonder if Lance will go to back to his real form, and we can see him fight again, I am also glad to see him kind of return in this episode, Lance is one of my favorites. Lastly the only thing I'm not happy about the flashbacks is that we didn't get a glimpse at Herobrine. I would love to see Herobrine again, either as a flashback, or if he is revived. Does anyone remember how he used to be the Main Antagonist of this series in the first season? I just miss Herobrine. We haven't seen him since "Hard pill to swallow when Naeus took his head back to the nether and put it in a trophy case, or something, and also took his powers as well. I guess that was meant to be the end to his story unfortunately. There was just too much to say about this episode, AMAZING WORK RAINIMATOR, DEFINITLY MY NEW FAVORITE EPISODE, and also HUGE NASTOLGIA.

I’m so amazed on how a Minecraft animation can really carry so much emotion about a fictional character. Like you can feel the emotion in the voice actors too and the animation itself is always great. I’m so glad that you are making this series and I get more and more invested in the storyline with every animation. Including the songs that fit in so well with emotion to fit in the animation! This song made me happy and sad at the same time, had this one song recommended out of nowhere, watched 30 seconds of it and immediately went back and watched the full series. Wish minecraft was still as big as it used to be. Barely any videos that aare as good as the ones back in the og days. this one though has just been getting better and better cant wait to see the next installment.
Story keeps growing more and more, becoming a absolutely beautiful universe with well developed characters.

I just noticed the scenes from s1 are recreated and “different” like the time they fought in the village they grew up in, the original scene Rain dropped his sword but this time he held it, it shows how has different his memories became since he did that.

I honestly didn’t now what to think. I knew the original story of why Kyle wrote the song and was unsure if you’d stray from the somber meaning or keep it. You kept it and I think this is amazing. Rain finally is at pace and ready to move on.
