The Norwegian singer, Angelina Jordan is a young legend, now living in LA. (curent 18 Years old ). She is an elegant artist for the big occasions. Which artist has sung for the Nobel Peace Prize twice, and she sings FIFA's official song before the upcoming World Cup. She has sung for 40,000 in concert with Nora Jones. She has helped to collect 21 million for children in need. Performed for many countries' heads of state on many big occasions. Concert in Las Vegas, with a number of other live concerts. Signed record deal with "Republic Records" at only 14 years old. The list is almost endless ... She is so talented that no one can ignore her, and together with Rebpublic Records, she actually sets the pace herself to total worldfame . Although she herself is an 18-year-old young lady, her taste in music is quality, and not just high bass in the stomach.When the next James Bond film is to be made, who do you think is in the spotlight for a possible theme song? All important people in the music industry know who she is and what she is good at on big occasions. I don't think anyone has the guts to suggest to her a fast track that doesn't suit her. Her first youtube was at 6. SIX. Look it up. She just destroyed a sold out show in L.A. this weekend. 21 songs of pure musical genius. Go straight to " I put a spell on you" when she was 9. Just subscribed and waiting for more Angelina. She has been doing it since she was 1-1/2 years old and there are videos to prove it. She won Norway's Got Talent at the age of 7-8 and became a UA-cam sensation as a result. She competed in America's Got Talent the Champions in 2020 when she was 13 doing her own arrangement of Bohemian Rapsody by Queen. At age 14 she signed with Republic Records with an agreement they wouldn't promote her until she finished high school. She is now 18 and this is the breakout song for her promotion. She has performed concerts in Portsmouth NH and recently in Las Vegas in February where she performed two shows in one night at the International Theater in Westgate Hotel and Casino. This is the same theater where Elvis Presley performed over 600 shows back in the day. Just this last Friday she performed her first Los Angeles show at the Alex theater in Glendale. Scott Hoying from Pentatonix opened the show and later sang a duet with her. Jimmy Zavala (Jimmy Z) was there to back her up on sax and harmonica as well. All have been amazing concerts. She's coming on fast now and she's going to blow the roof off.

Norwegian born Angelina Jordan began singing at the age of one and a half, and by age three was listening to jazz and classics legends on repeat. Her grandmother was her greatest influence, but Angelina chose her own path. Her first studio performance was at age 7, singing I Who Have Nothing. She won Norway's Got Talent at the age of only 8, singing old time classics from Billie Holliday and George Gershwin, and became one of the youngest ever vocalists to win an international Got Talent Show! Her performance at 9 years old of Screamin Jay Hawkins, I Put a Spell on You is considered one of the finest recordings ever of a 9-year-old vocalist! Angelina also went viral on America's Got Talent the champions in 2020 with her unique versions of Bohemian Rhapsody and Goodbye Yellow Brick Road. Angelina sings in English which unbelievably is her third language! She is a true prodigy.
She is now 18, and has recorded a huge library of songs, including covers and several originals. A major attraction to Angelina's music is the emotion and attitude she conveys, although she has not experienced the life events! She is known as the barefoot princess of 1,000 voices as she can adjust her tone, style, and register for any song or genre. She was signed by Republic Records when she was 14. She was not widely promoted for a few years, as her family wanted to allow her a normal childhood. However, things are changing rapidly as she has graduated school this year. Why does Angelina sing barefoot? The answer may makes many people emotional. It is related to a promise she made to herself and to the world when she was only 6 years old. She was traveling in the Middle East with her mom and grandmother and they came across a young orphan girl with no shoes and scarred feet. Angelina gave the girl her own favorite shoes. Angelina ask the girl what she wanted to be when she grew up and she said a doctor, but she could not because she had to take care of her siblings. She asked Angelina the same question and Angelina said I want to sing for the world. The young girl said she would pray for Angelina. Since then, Angelia has forever performed barefoot as a reminder of all those less fortunate. At age 9 she wrote a book about this experience, Between two Hearts, becoming the youngest ever published author in Norway. She also has helped raise millions for children's charities. She even stated at 8 years old that she would be donating her winnings from Norway's Got Talent to charities. She is a special individual, and one you cannot follow without developing a special bond.
Angelina captures hearts because she is humble and has compassion for humanity. She is a messenger of love, light, and hope, wrapped in a blanket of humility. In addition to school she got also vocal training at the Oslo School of Music and Performing Arts after-school program (I read, that this school said, they couldn't teach her more stuff because she has all learned what she could learn in this school ;-) ) - and btw. she plays also grand piano, violin, flute and guitar, make her arrangements herself, wrote a book, sew clothes for herself (partly with art from her grandma like in her first AGT performance and in her music video "Shield").

Angelina, to start with, is an amazing jazz singer, recreating classics in a brand new way. By the time she was 10 or eleven she could take the most famous songs from the 30’s through the 80’s make it her own while paying tribute to the original artist. You’ll get a list of songs from other’s to react to, but by the tyme you’ve heard two or three more you’ll be hooked and be one of her Angels! Etta James, Michael Jackson, Whittney, Adele, Susan Summers, Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, are some of the greats she’s covered, all with enough of the original artist’s style and flavor her second nickname is the girl with a thousand voices. Most of us “Angels” call her by her other nickname, “The barefoot princess” That is a story about Angelina’s heart (and shoes) from when she was traveling in the Middle East when she was just six years old. To this day 18 year old Angelina only performs barefoot in memory of a young orphan she had met on the streets of Iran who was without shoes. Angelina struck up a conversation with her and called her a princess, and the little girl told Angelina she wasn’t a princess but lived in the ruins. Upon hearing Angelina’s dream was to become a superstar singer, She told Angelina she’s pray for her, and Angelina proceeded to give the shoeless orphan her shoes and committed to performing shoeless when ever possible in memory of that little princess and all children in need. The story of that orphan’s plight, aspirations and unrealizable dreams, is a heart tugging one, and one which Angelina wrote about in a book, becoming the youngest published author in her home country of Norway. Great 1st reaction to Angelina! You were very perceptive when you commented about her not showing off her voice, just for the sake of showing off. For her it's all about telling the story of the song and she is a master at that!

Someone mentioned a possible James Bond Theme song for a film? A must listen, is a song Angelina wrote at age 11 and performed live on Norwegian TV at age 12. It’s called SHIELD. A song she wrote to express her appreciation to her family for always being there for her and protecting her from any harm. IMO, it has a heavy James Bond feel to it. Check it out.

She's basically been a star since she was 7 years old. First and foremost, she is a jazz singer but has the ability to sing any genre. She also does all of her own musical arrangements. Even though she has been compared by many to Amy Winehouse, her major influence is Billie Holiday. Now 18 years old, living in Los Angeles, and currently signed with Republic Records, whose clients include Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, and Drake to name a few. Her family and Republic Records had agreed not to heavily promote her just yet so she can live as normal of a life as possible and finish her schooling. From what we know, she is finally done with school. She had a single that came out May 5th called Love Don't Let Me Go, a new EP called Old Enough that came out Friday, July 21st, 2023, a newly released video of her new song called Now I'm The Fool, and a new album of original music which will be coming out some time this year. Angelina released her new single, Our Time, and is fantastic! She returned back to Norway and performed at a number of sold out concerts in which fans from around the world came to see her. Many of the fans there said she sounded better live in person and was a once in a lifetime experience. On September 22, 2023, Angelina had her first U.S. concert that sold out in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. On December 11, 2023, she was asked to come back and perform at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert. She first performed at this prestigious event in 2014 when she was 8. On Feb.29th, 2024, she performed 2 shows on one night at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino. A film crew followed her and created a documentary of her called Angelina Jordan: 10 Years In The Making which premiered on her official UA-cam channel on March 29th, 2024. Currently, she is working with 3 time Grammy winner songwriter/producer Toby Gad creating new original music for her to sing. Gad has co-wrote and produced such big hits like All Of Me by John Legend, Big Girls Don't Cry by Fergie, If I Were A Boy by Beyonce, and Skyscraper by Demi Lovato and a number of others.
Her fans call her The Barefoot Princess. She always performs with no shoes when she sings. Why? The reason is very special. When she was 6 years old, she was traveling with her family in Iran where she met a poor shoeless girl in the streets that was about her age. She made money by weighing people. After speaking with her for a few minutes, Angelina noticed the scars on the girl's feet and asked the girl what her dream is. The girl said she wanted to be a doctor but she couldn't because she had to make money for her family. Angelina did what came natural to her, she gave the little girl her shoes and told her to not give up on her dreams. The girl then asked Angelina what her dreams were, Angelina answered that she wanted to sing for the whole world, and the girl said she would pray for her success. Since then, Angelina has performed barefoot in honor of that little girl and to those who are less fortunate around the world. She keeps this promise to this day. One of the reasons why we love her so much!

There is so much magic in this young lady, you feel it immediately with her appearance, but when she starts singing there are no longer any words that can match how you feel. But if you really want to understand why her fans love her so much, follow this lovely young lady when she was just getting her feet wet and showing all this promise, around age 6. I'd suggest any of her other originals, but I put a spell on you, at 9 years old, it always wins, it's already won here. And you'll fully understand why when you see it. It's wild a 9 year old could do that. The voice is impossible, but the techniques and understanding is really what could never be possible. It's an actual good cover. May even be the best. 🤷♂️.

Just to clarify, her Old Enough EP of all originals was actually released summer of last year.
At Friday’s concert she performed 21 songs, including 7 originals, 3 which are yet to be released. Bad Valentine was released the day of the concert.
