This man is a near perfect, if not perfect, soundalike for Akio Ōtsuka. I can hear him doing pretty much any of his characters (or, at least the two that I remember off the top of my head, Snake and Anavel Gato).
This man is so professional! I bet you that he's been in anime without us even knowing because there's no friggin way that people are gonna pass up this amazing voice!

Yeah, the resemblance is so uncanny. Watching his MGS archives is such a trip, it's like listening to Solid Snake play Metal Gear Solid.
