Haggar is such a beast. I love old school arcade games, this being one of my faves. I remember playing it at the arcade as a kid. Shame the arcade scene is dead in the US. Props on the speed run, very nice.
I always hated playing Haggar when I was younger. I had the PS2 Capcom disk that held a lot of their old games. Wish I still had it... But Guy was my favorite, Cody was my second favorite, for some reason I disliked Haggar.. Lmao I dont know why
All three characters move faster jump-attacking backwards. Concerning Haggar, both his jump attacks cause knockdown and thus is safer to use than Cody or Guy, who merely hitstun enemies with theirs (but this allows them to hit confirm into a bash/throw).
