Wow I 'watched' part 1 & 2 while in the kitchen (with headphones on), making meatballs and cabbage for dinner, buns for the kids lunchboxes, blueberry muffins and chocolate muffins for dessert. You made the two hours fun and inspiriring. Thank you so much. The last two you made, I am going to make something similar for christmas gifttags, cant wait. :) Thanks again

I’d love to see your bunny shelf, too! Your reference to your sister-in-law’s English accent reminds me of my Aunt Erika, from Germany,. She came home with my Uncle after WWII, and would get a bit tipsy after too much wine and start dancing and singing in German. She’d sway back and forth like conducting an orchestra singing, “Yah, yah, yah, yah!” We thought it was marvelous!

Sewing the cards made a huge (and wonderful) difference. Next thing on my list: stop being intimidated by the sewing machine. Don't think there's a video you can do that would help me with that :) While you were crafting, I got busy with my cards and ... enjoyed every minute! Thank you, Gayle. As you said in an earlier comment, it looks like many people were stumped by altering playing cards -- thanks for coming to our rescue!

BREAKING NEWS!! GAYLE USED WATER TO TEAR THE NAPKIN!! 😂😆😂👍 i'm guilty of not remembering to do that. i LOVE using limited supplies, it inspires the creative juices in a different way as opposed to considering ALL of our supplies and saves time. everything you made is so adorable gayle, so fun seeing you use happy mail goodies, that decoupage book from Sammie is such a treasure trove! tfs 😍

Thanks for these videos on playing cards! It has taken me 3 days to watch/listen to this one. I listen at work when the phones aren't ringing and I am doing things like scanning and copying. It has been so busy this week, that it has taken all week to hear it. Today, I am squeezing you in between Payroll and billing, but I am determined to finish this video!

Great video, Gayle. Was excited to see what u were going to do with the corrugated cardboard. I use it a lot and like seeing what others do. I would like to see a video on using other distress ink colors for distressing around paper and embellishments. I don’t have the money to get a bunch of colors to play with so I thought if you had a few colors of T H ink you could incorporate it into a journal you are doing.

Hello Gayle. Once again another video with so many ideas that make me want to craft. I am off to Britain in August with my sister as my husband does not want to do the long trip again. 21 hours with a short stop in the middle. My son lives in London so it will be great to see him again. I will be away for 8 weeks so I don't know if I will be able to watch you. I may have withdrawal symptoms. Thanks for the inspiration. Cheers Kathie.

About that "fabric" washi you mentioned... if it's fabric, it's not washi, and should be called fabric tape. Washi is a Japanese paper. Other paper tapes that are not made from washi paper should be called decorative tape, not washi. I've noticed that others are also calling just any kind of tape washi tape, which is incorrect. That cheap paper tape from dollar stores is usually not washi tape, and usually says decorative tape on the label. For definition, see www.mulberrypaperandmore.com/c-158-japanese-washi-paper.aspx as well as others. Washi has interesting history. Love your videos so much! You are very good at what you do.
