They are amazing everyone gets along no jealousy between them. They gently play with each other. And mom she is just amazing it’s hard enough with one imagine 2 GREAT JOB MOM❤️❤️
I live how the one baby followed along with Dad(?) and mimicked his moves. Of course all the moms were remarkable and the babies adorable. Thanks again Lieke.
So neat to see mama with many helpers ! What a wonderful sight to see ! These twin videos just melt my heart . We are so fortunate to get to see your precious videos. Thankyou Lieke 🧡💛💚
yes she had so many lovely helpers! Happy to read you like to see the videos, from now on I'll post a video of them every week :)! And ofc also the other families ;). Thank you for watching!
Ma’am, it’s been quite a while since I’ve thanked you for sharing your hard work, your art with all of us on this channel. It’s an amazing part of yourself that you share with those that will never have the privilege of seeing these animals in person.
Ever since King Kong movies, gorillas gave gotten a bad reputation. Thanks to all these gorilla videos, people, including myself, are realizing they really are gentle gaints. They love and care for each other. Better than many humans do. These gorillas helping with the twins are an example for all. They all seem so calm and interested in putting in their part to help. Just wonderful.
When the mom is sitting in the bucket, I was like.. yeah I if I was a mother of twins I think at some point I’d be sitting in a bucket too. God bless moms! ❤️
I still can’t believe they had so many young ones at one time!😳 They’re a very fertile group it seems. Thanks for the great video! Merry Christmas and thanks again for all your videos this year! I know at times it was difficult, but I really appreciate your efforts and hard work!🥰
Yes I couldn't believe it either ;p. Thank you for watching the videos and the lovely comments all year! I'm happy you appreciate the effort ;). It was indeed a difficult year but I'm happy with the things I was able to made and upload :). Merry Christmas 🎄
As much as I hate seeing these magnificent creatures in captivity, I do understand that parts of it is necessary. This group in particular seems very happy & healthy. Their reproducing of offsprings seem to prove that.
Such beautiful & calming footage as usual, sweet Lieke... A "little one" or baby of any species is enough to make me smile from the inside "out"...I'm so curious if N'Gayla would always keep at least one of the twins with her while the other was safely left with a loving babysitter... *: )*
I love garrillas this is the best video I ever seen of beautiful garrillas they are amazing and beautiful and healthy looking garrillas I love them so much were is the silver back the dad. Thank you for sharing 🙏 God bless 🙏 them and the care taker for doing such a amazing job am from Brooklyn New York awesome 😎😎😎👍❤❤❤ video ❤❤❤❤
Yes, a " golden oldie" Merry Everyday! Liekes. Thank you for all the joy you have brought to so many, especially during this trying time.Great well being for you and your loved ones (and for all of nature) Well Being All
The silverback carrying his small itty bitty stick while the child going along with him with a big old stick made me think - I wonder what kind of adventure they pretend played.
WHat a beautiful miracle. When I see the glorious wonder of gorilla mamas& their beautiful babies...it touches me as much as when I see human moms & their new babies.I love how the family comes together to help Mama.Big Sis had her hands full.Absolutely precious. This is an early CHRISTmas present.God bless you Lieke!💚🎅❤️🤶☃️🦍🎄
@@denisemorris1177 june 2013 they're born so they're now 11yrs old ;). The boys are moving soon, daddy died last year. I'm visiting in November so I'll upload an update on the troop then ;).
LOL! The mom with the twins is sitting in the background looking at the big Silverback saying, "Yeah, you did this to me and you know it! Now get over here and watch after these two while I go take a nap!"
I noticed when they eat leaves off of twigs, that it's like flossing their teeth at the same time. I guess you wouldn't want a gorilla with a toothache. 😅
These apes are amazing to watch. To be so closely related to humans their diet seems to be vegetarian. Do they ever eat meat? Would they eat meat if it was available? They have huge canine teeth. Something else I have wondered about is their nails. Do they grow continuously? If they do, do they chew them down? Just a couple things I’ve thought about.
this is why I am happy some zoo’s ape exhibits are a safe space for those specie to thrive in, in hopes that in the future they could do so in the wild- because it became dangerous for them...
Unfortunately there are not so many good enclosures at all besides a tiny few. Captivity is always going to be there even though I do not agree with it, there are a few elements to it that are necessary for human intervention such as a baby being rejected (which is very seldom in the wild from what I heard). If they’re going to be held captive at least it should be in Africa in or around their native land where they have much more space than in any zoo. I truly believe this is one of the biggest reasons a lot of groups don’t reproduce. Because stressful conditions and not enough-to-no enrichment activities. Take the Shabani group in Japan for example, he’s(Shabani)been there for about 15 years and only has 2 kids. He comes from a great bloodline, he’s highly intelligent, phenomenal personality & super charismatic . His father produced 16 offspring , & in my opinion if you pay attention to the enclosure Shabani grew up in Australia & to the one he’s in now in Japan, it’s like literally going from the wild to a hard-core maximum security prison. Shabani group looks very well fed though & very well maintained by the zoo. I must admit that, but his zoo is super-unnatural, a huge eye sore. In the wild(don’t quote me on this) I believe gorillas control an estimated 6 miles of territory & travel about a mile a day. It doesn’t seem that much for us. I pretty sure that these apes are definitely aware that they’re not free, regardless if they were born captive .

I can’t fathom why some humans would want harm these beautiful gorillas or any life on earth for that matter. We humans can be so cruel to each other, too. It’s comforting to know that there are some species so much exactly like just without the bad humans are capable of. We can still learn a lot from gorillas and our other primate cousins. Great video
Já assisti vários vídeos sobre gorilas e percebi que são muito cuidadosos com os filhotes 🤩😘❤️ Acho que só alguns da espécie humana, maltrata seus próprios filhos 😪

Lovely watching these mums doing what comes naturally, humans can learn from watching them, to slow down and enjoy their experiences of their children
What a lovely picture of great mom....she really deserves a golden award...thank you for showing us this precious moment with them

These Gorillas make such caring mothers; I love watching the way they teach the babies how to interact with others in the troop.
Even Dad seems to love the babies a lot.
So precious, nice to see N'Washi could have the next new baby, she comes from a very strong bloodline... 💖🌻🌺✌️🎄
