- This group of boys are sons of the late Fred Maedola, Solomon Islands most popular local singer. They sang their father's songs during the 37th independence anniversary of Solomon Islands at the Solomon Islands Broadcasting Corporation's leaf hut on 7th July 2015.
You father was a great man who make Solomon Islands Flag fly high in the world of music. I was in PNG during South Pacific Games years ago many people of PNG asking about him late Fred Maedola made a lot of their singers become great singers now. God bless him please young you should keep up the talents and skills your father left so that you keep his legacy. I am very proud of you God bless your future dreams.
