918-RNK in Phnom Penh, Kampuchea (Cambodia) sign on routine at 2200 UTC as received on a 7.5 inch (19cm) loopstick C. Crane Skywave Ultralight radio in Kowloon, Hong Kong on April 8, 2019. Reception (at S9+) was inside a 12th story apartment building in the downtown Hong Kong concrete jungle.
