    Ingredients:
    Pork ribs: ~1 kg
    2 medium onions
    1-2 garlic cloves
    Fresh ginger (a small piece)
    1 tablespoon honey
    Dark beer: 150-250 ml
    Spices: salt, pepper, sesame seeds
    Fresh dill
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Ribs:
Peel off the membrane and trim any excess fat or unwanted parts from the ribs.
    Sear the Ribs:
    Cut the ribs into portions.
Heat a pan over high heat and sear the ribs until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
    Cook the Aromatics:
In the same pan, sauté the ginger, onions, and garlic until fragrant and lightly browned.
    Combine and Braise:
Return the ribs to the pan.
Add dark beer, a splash of water, and honey. Stir gently to combine.
Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 30-50 minutes, or until the ribs are tender.
    Caramelize the Ribs:
Remove the lid and let the liquid reduce.
Continue cooking over low heat, allowing the sauce to thicken and the ribs to caramelize.
    Finish and Serve:
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with freshly chopped dill before serving.
Enjoy these sweet, savory, and tender pork ribs as a delicious main course!
