The chest is another important part to learn how to pop. The Chest Pop is an impressive move if done right!
You can use the chest pop by itself, or combo it up with the arm pop!
Try ways to add the chest pop while doing other moves like the Air-Walk or after dime-stopping :)

How do you breathe during the movement? Breathe in - hit - breathe out? Thank you
Hello!! You can do either, whichever feels more comfortable. The key is to include the motion of breathe(whether in or out) while doing the pop so that you dont hold too much pressure
