I can't hear audio(any audio) in the editor. I just downloaded the trial version to check it out. When I use other editors I can hear the audio. Can someone help
The timer doesn't show properly. Like firstly it uses a semi colon but also the seconds just go from 02:22 to 3:01 just like that with no in-between. Is there any way to change this
Sounds like you're talking about the timeline, the time in the video, as you look at the video in preview? If so, one simple way should be to just zoom in on the video segment in the timeline. See 3:03, by scaling your timeline, by zooming in, you should be able to finely tune where you want to cut or insert, mark, etc. Haven't used the program yet, but I'm sure you can pause the video play at a certain point, then, by pressing arrow-right or arrow-left (or some other such key combination), you can likely move frame by frame to the point you want, and from there make your cut/insert, mark, split, in/out marks, etc. Test it out, or look for other videos where someone is doing editing, you likely will find someone doing just what you're wanting to do, and see how they solve the problem you're dealing with.

Just like the fade out shown in 6:49 in this video, you need to add two keyframes at the beginning of your audio clip and create the fade in.
