Contents Used
2 eggs.
1.5 cups of milk (300 ml).
1 pack of baking powder (10 gr).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
parsley.
cheddar cheese (150 gr).
5 cups of flour (600 gr).
For the filling:
minced meat (400 gr).
1 onion.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (15 ml).
1 clove of garlic.
1 red pepper.
1 green pepper.
1 tablespoon of tomato paste (50 gr).
1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon of mint, 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
For frying: vegetable oil.
