Great video Levi! But I think it's useful to keep in mind that although all legendary soul shields can roll critical, not all of them can roll accuracy. I don't know about BT soul shields, but VT soul shields that cannot roll accuracy are pieces 1, 3, and 7, and the next most valuable stat in place of accuracy is Defense, as it increases % damage reduction, which is very good for very drawn-out fights like raids.

One more thing worth mentioning is that as a member you can buy the SS pieces from the dragon express for a cheaper price per piece compared to the NPCs that sell them. Not sure if you mentioned it tho as I'm only 12 minutes into the video. Great vid as always!

Cheaper only if you're premium. Otherwise they are the same price.

You dont need to unequip the SS piece, just left click, select Manage Equipment, and click the giant "+", and select which item to enhance it.

Short version for the ss stats: 1, 3 and 7 can only roll crit, no accuracy. You can also see the max infused stat on bnstree so you dont waste stuff. Also evildousharm, there is a newer website: next.bnstree.com

I get confused when I try to get the right soul shields for different characters of different classes. I mean, for an example, I have a Warden that has all 8 pieces of "Lightbringer," but I do not recall what the unopened piece is called. I don't want to exchange stuff to get a shield that I've already have, and I don't want to do that to get something inferior.
Is there a guide someplace that tells what these unopened pieces become for the specific classes? Right now (just as an example, once again), I'm at Moon Refuge at the Dragon Express General Merchant, and she's selling "Ivory Beluga Soul Shields" and "Fallen Soul Shields," and I have no clue about what to do. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Questions: why didn't you use the purple master works crit/ac isn't those better or not better since they cost more for the upgrade you get. 2 you said the bt ss was the only thing in game that was class specific, what about vt ss are those not class specific? I did one vt but it's throwing out all kinds of names for orange and I didn't know to bid or not, I heard they were also junk orange ss u don't use that is in from vt. For a Gunner what is the name of the orange/ leg ss from vt? Thanks

Great rundown on the soul shields and how to improve them. Just recently got to know that BT SS are the same as Raven. For those that have premium, raven soul shields can be acquired from the special tab, at a discounted feather prices. LoL poor fish :D
A quick question - If my accuracy is more then 125%, which stat should focus on next?

Levi just a heads up the engravings are like using another soul shield to upgrade the piece, not worth it for the price to craft them, the max they can add is like 11

I don't know if it's still a thing or if you mentioned it and I missed it. Should you just run around in your undergarments (in-game, IRL doesn't count), your Soul Shields (Bopaes) won't give you their stats.

Should be ok. 8600k does fine. So I guess ryzen should do fine too. Gpu wise, I heard they are currently upgrading to ue4 from 3, should have better optimization, so as long as your cpu is solid and gpu isn’t pulling too weakly, you are fine, level 4 setting or level 5(highest setting) doable.
