    I love this style of stretching. I can fully concentrate on the computer generated fitness instructor. Currently, also using the arm work out programme.
    The results are great and it’s only been 1 week. You can see what you are possibly stretching wrong, and or how many repetitions to do of each exercise. The illustrations are nice and clear. I hope to see more videos like this in the future. Thank you

    I love this ! To whoever made this channel, you did a great, great, great job. I mean, the advices that pop up in the left are always on point. And the breath in breath out circle is so cool. And I don't think it's creepy, it kinda makes me feel like I'm playing wii fitness or something. Anyway, it's so cool!

      When you get older or if you sit around a lot your muscles either get to streached out or too tight doing healthy stretches at the end of every workout or day could really help your muscles and reduce pain

    You can stretch your arms and shoulders like this:
    1---- Sit on the floor in front of a wall with your knees bent and lean your back against the wall.
    2---- Stretch your right arm by crossing your feet, i.e. your left thigh over your right.
    3---- Now grasp the left heel firmly with your right hand and press your foot against your right arm and pull it as long as possible. Or you can hold the tops of your feet and stretch like that.
    4---- Everything is reversed for the left arm.🤠
