I have exactly the same problem. Called RoadPro, they said it needed a firmware upgrade. I drove a 4 hour round trip, it took them less than 30 seconds to do the upgrade. They took my £50 and couldn’t get rid of me quick enough. They didn’t even test the controller. I got back to my caravan and it was exactly the same I called them and they said it’s because I’m near trees. Today I am back at the storage site not a tree to be seen and guess what? It’s the same, £50, 4 hour drive and all the fuel for nothing, and I felt that they knew this.... they told me they would test it and When I asked them to they said they couldn’t as it would take too long and they didn’t have the equipment to do it. 😕.

Yes , I took the system back to Roadpro at Daventry and they updated the software.
