Amit Das yes you will get the same colour, leave it on sim for sometime it will get even darker than shown and it tastes amazing

What you have used are the stalks of the coriander not the roots ! I also always use the stalks with the leaves, major flavour is in the stalks ! In Thai cooking they majorly use the roots !
