Thank you for your advice. I'll be on the road for 3 weeks, during which I'll be visiting Sweden and Denmark. I have my own voice in my head. (Should I spend my time chilling or creating content, or perhaps do both if possible?) It's not as easy as it seems. The only thing I'm still undecided about is whether to take my pro gear, like the R5C + 24-70 2.8, or just my iPhone 14 Pro Max with a variable ND filter. I have one more day to decide. :)

Have fun on the road! I always pack my gear just in case, if you get really inspired that way you have the option to actually shoot in better quality, but very rarely I regret bringing my gear as it can get inconvenient. Safe travels :)
Yes, I create a lot of B-roll that I can use as filler in areas that fit with the story. Since you can't control the environment around you i'm always adjusting for the environment.

Also I tend to use the “plan nothing, shoot everything” method and usually end up with 1TB of unused footage 😂

That's a good way to think, when you make videos you would actually want to watch creating stuff is a lot more fun for sure.
