Not just farmers land in the name of 330 feet greenfield road from exist no 13 ravirala to akuthotapally ... Government is also planning to take lands in HMDA final approved layout in R3 zone. No where in the master plsn 2031 this 330 feet road existed all of a sudden this road was proposed that too from HMDA final approved layout . Almost 100 plots which means 100 families are affected just in 1 venture . How can even people trust HMDA or GHMC or Government ??

Yes you are right. In ventures started around 2019 where people are not willing to negotiate event at 13k per sq yard now they are quoting 25K.
