Great video as always Mr. Leno. Need to tighten the screw on the roof above your head on the passenger side. It appears to be coming loose! Thanks as always for a great video

@@markbunn8576 thank you... This just settled a dispute my two buddies have been having for a few years, if they were always composite fiber glass of it they started out with a spring steel leaf first... Again, thank you!
These cars looked a lot better than they actually drove. I was disappointed the first time that I drove one. My friend in High School had one back in the early 70's. Rough riding and hard to steer and stop.
I'd wager not many current owners of this generation Corvette do much driving. For those who do, an upgrade to more modern suspension, brakes and even the drivetrain is not uncommon. Automotive tech was pretty crude in 1963. My '64 Thunderbird weighed more than the Titanic and had drum brakes on all four corners. You planned your next stop by the calendar.
Jay. You are the man, but you made a mistake about fuel injection. Chrysler had electronic fuel injection in 1957. It worked poorly, most were converted to carburetor. Today, I believe a 57 Desoto owned by Tom White is the only one running today. That aside, this FI coupe is awesome.
12mph is a good pace for bike. It's the sweet spot before wind drag, and twice walking speed(.I rode past a digital street sign at my normal pace). Both of those 'Vettes are nice, and I'd rather have the one I could work on,rather than a giant plastic computer.

That stingray is beautiful.
American Motors, Chrysler, Dodge, DeSoto and Plymouth were considered the first American cars to feature Electronic Fuel Injection in 1958.
S Wylie , while Jay is quite knowledgeable about cars, he does spew fallacies routinely. 😂
It could be mechanical fuel injection, which had been around since the 30s in airplanes.
