Before Canon introduced the Mark II version, I owned and still own two R5s. I was waiting for the release of the R1, and since both were announced simultaneously I planned to sell both my R5s and buy just the R1, but I was invited to the presentation at B&H and decided to go for the R5 Mark II, since I considered the R1 as a MII version of the R3. I ordered the R5 Mark II and received it on the 20th of the following month, and I'm very satisfied with the performance, quality, and results that the camera provides.
In RAW burst mode, Canon EOS R5 Mark II uses the electronic shutter to continuously shoot and record RAW files at up to 30 fps, so its the same speed as Canon EOS R6 Mark II

I have the Canon R6 MK II it an awesome camera, for the money !!!!
