What does pre release mean? And what is the difference?
A Hot Topic Pre-Release is when they would put these stickers on some Pops for their store as a “first to market” release, before other stores were able to sell them essentially. They did this for a few years. These pre-release have become hard to find or fakes are floating out there. Many have become some pretty rare Pops as a Hot Topic Pre-release.
