I eat fried sardines regularly, but not seen this recipe, need to try once. I think this is almost like meen pollichathu (in a banana leaf), but only difference is you have added the rice along with the masala and mixed it like a biryani rice...well, will try this once. Sardines is one of my favorite fish which contains OMEGA-3 fatty acids!!!
